3 bedroom 1 standard double  2 x twin rooms. All bedding is supplied and beds made up ready for your arrival with hot air blowers in all rooms.

There is a shower room , which includes a WC and shelving ,sink and  towel warmer , plus a seperate  2nd WC with sink.

large lounge area with lots of seating , which includes a pull out sofa bed, there is also a gas fire,  a dining area with seating, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and everything you need for up to 8 people.

freeview tv with dvd player. Netflix and free WIFI Radio. Plus various games in cupboard. We also supply travel cot if needed but no bedding is provided for this.

Outside there is a gated decking area with table and chairs , and lovely views of Filey bay . Parking is on the roadside in a parking bay approx 15 mts with a pathway to caravan.

£50 deposit required on booking  .    We also charge a refundable damages bond of £50 which will be returned once the caravan has been checked .
