The thing which sets this caravan apart is no doubt the wonderful position on the park. It is in exclusive Nutwell Glade on a corner pitch. It has a grassed area to one side, with a picnic bench. The master bedroom is not overlooked and has a view of a pretty rockery area. There is a wrap around veranda and the sea view from this. The whole plot has a mixture of trees and hedges giving seclusion and shade as well as open sea views.
The caravan itself is extremely bright and spacious - it is designed to look and feel like a beach hut, but has all the modern conveniences. Much of the caravan has a vaulted ceiling with the appearance of tongue and groove together with built in spotlights. This not only looks nice but gives added head height for our taller guests.
The caravan has three bedrooms.The master bedroom is the full width of the caravan with a 4'6 divan, room for a travel cot and an ensuite toilet. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds in each. There is a spacious shower room with a larger than normal shower with separate hand attachment, wash basin and toilet. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped and includes a microwave, built in gas cooker, full sized integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle. The dining room contains a modern smoked glass table with six chairs. The lounge has free standing sofas with a modern electric fire. There is a 32 inch flatscreen TV with freeview and a DVD player. There is also a small selection of books and DVDs to ensure your time spent within the caravan is as enjoyable as that spent outside. There are further TVs with freeview and dvd players in all three bedrooms. The caravan has gas central heating and double glazing throughout.
The enclosed decking area with secure dog/child gate is a little piece of private and secure outdoor space for your relaxation or alfresco dining. There is a range of rattan furniture provided for your comfort - imagine sitting here during a summer evening with a glass of wine, soaking in the dramatic sea views.
There is a private car parking bay adjacent to the caravan, so no trudging through a muddy field with suitcases and provisions. We have managed to get two cars parked here. On arrival you simply obtain your key from a key safe situated by the front door - no queuing at reception or lengthy check in procedures.
Well behaved pets are welcome, provided (in the case of dogs) they are not on the dangerous breeds register. On site dogs must be kept on a lead and are not allowed into the complex buildings.
Entertainment passes are not included but can be purchased directly from the park when you arrive or through an online email link twelve weeks before your arrival.
There is an additional 'one off' charge per booking, if pets are brought with you.
‘Nutwell Glade’ is within a few minutes walk of the entertainment complex, launderette, shops, restaurants etc and Sandy Bay beach with a clifftop bar is within comfortable walking distance.
We always employ professional cleaners who not only clean thoroughly but continually assess our caravans for ongoing maintenance issues throughout the season. However, deep cleaning and exterior cleaning can only be carried out where breaks in bookings allow.
No Smoking inside our caravan please.

A £75.00 non refundable deposit is payable on booking. The balance is due to be paid 6 weeks before commencement of the holiday, or at the time of booking if this is less than 6 weeks before. If the holiday is subsequently cancelled less than 6 weeks before the commencement date, we will re-advertise the holiday. If a booking is achieved, a refund to the value of the amount received will be made (this may be less than the original amount paid) less an administration fee of £25.00. If a cancellation is made after the commencement of the holiday, no refund will be made.
Payment may be made direct to us by cheque, directly into our bank account by internet transfer, or by credit/debit card via Barclays Merchant Services. Once we are in receipt of your party information and contact address and telephone number, your booking will be accepted. The requested dates will then be reserved for a period of 48 hours only, after which time the booking will automatically cancel if we have no further contact from you.
Your booking will not be secured until the deposit/full cost is paid. We do not include entertainment passes within the rental costs. These are available at extra cost from reception on site. Well behaved pets are welcome, provided (in the case of dogs) they are not on the dangerous breeds register but are not allowed in the bedrooms. Although they will be thoroughly cleaned, please do not book our caravans if you are not happy that animals have stayed in them before your visit. Dogs must not be left unattended in caravans at any time and any damage caused by your pet must be paid for. A charge of £30.00 will be made per dog.
A charge of £75 will be added on to the final invoice, this is a security bond that will be refunded to you after the caravan has been checked and left as you found it.
Deductions will be made if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, if your rubbish is not disposed of in the bins on park, for any breakages or items missing, any evidence of smoking/fuming in the caravan, if carpets or furniture stained and any other misuse of the caravan.
The key will be available on the holiday start date by way of a key safe. If arriving late at night we would ask that you be considerate of other caravan users. The code for the key safe will be sent to you by email at least four weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday, or as soon as possible after receipt of the full cost of the holiday in the case of a late booking. The caravan must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure and left in good condition. You may be liable for any loss or damage.
Although we are happy to rent the caravan to non family groups if park regulations allow, under these circumstances the minimum age of all occupants must be 21. We would ask for proof of ID before the booking can go ahead and reserve the right to charge a refundable security deposit of £200. The number of guests in your party must not be greater than the maximum number of berths available in the caravan. We must be given the required details of all party members.
The site rules must be adhered to at all times, particularly with regard to supervision of children and pets, noise levels etc. Our staff will not tolerate rude and abusive telephone calls and/or emails. Please be aware that under extreme circumstances you may be asked to leave. The caravans must be treated with respect and left in a clean and tidy condition; if they are not you will be invoiced for additional cleaning costs. Substantial damage must be paid for. If we do not receive these payments legal action will be taken. All theft will be reported to the necessary authorities. If you leave the caravan unsecured at any time during or at the end of your stay and this results in theft, vandalism or any other damage, you will be liable for the costs incurred.
If as a result of your stay the caravan is deemed unfit for occupation by the next set of guests, resulting in a refund of monies paid by those guests, you will be liable to reimburse us.
Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan. Upon payment of the deposit/balance due you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cancel any booking and give a full refund where unforeseen circumstances occur. In these cases we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible. In extreme circumstances we reserve the right to terminate a break if guests break the terms and conditions or misuse the caravan in any way. We will give a pro rata refund, less any costs for damage caused. We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion If, in the unlikely event there is a problem with the caravan, we will try to rectify the fault in the first instance. A refund will only be given if the problem cannot be solved in a reasonable time and has a fundamental affect on your stay. A refund will not be given if the problem is as a result of things beyond our control, such as loss of TV reception due to transmitter failure, loss of internet or mobile phone signal, problems with other holiday makers or problems with the site.
We do not offer a ‘no quibble money back guarantee’. A refund will not be given if you simply do not like the caravan of your choice and/or it’s contents.

So as well as a great, daily entertainment line-up and the sort of fun facilities you’d expect from Haven. You’ll also find some unique places to eat. The South Beach Café is easily one of the most picturesque spots to enjoy fresh British seafood. And on top of that it’s just a short way down the bright, red rock cliffs, onto the sandy bay.
