Double Sofa Bed in the Living Area so sleep 6 people in Total

We have provided some Board Games for your use

1 Family Bathroom with Shower, Toilet, Sink, Electric Towel Heater.

The Kitchenette has a Fridge, Microwave and a full-size Gas Cooker.

There is a Kettle,Toaster, Cafetière, Crockery, Cutlery, Pots and Pans and everything else you will need in the Kitchen
Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Hot Chocolate, Milk & Biscuits are provided for your stay and of course there will be a little pot of Treats for your Pet too. 
We are completely Pet Friendly, however we ask that you refrain from allowing Pets on the Beds, if you would like them to sit with you on the seating then we ask you to please use a Throw or a Blanket for them to sit on. 

The Caravan is STRICTLY NO SMOKING/VAPING***NO EXCEPTIONS!

Smoke Alarm, Fire Alarm and a Carbon Monoxide Alarm installed in the Caravan along with a Fire Extinguisher in the Kitchen.

All Electrical Items are PAT Tested and all Gas Appliances are checked by a Gas Safety Engineer and issued with a Gas Safety Certificate every 12 months.

Portable Oil Filled Electric Radiator with a built in Thermostat.
A small BBQ/Utensils are provided (We do ask you to please clean the BBQ after use so it's ready for the Guests that will arrive after your stay)

There is a Damages/Booking Bond of £100.00 which is Payable at the time of Booking your Stay. (You will receive your £100.00 Damages/Booking Bond refund within 48hrs provided there is no Damage to the Caravan and the Terms  & Conditions have been followed)

The Balance of your Stay is Payable by Bank Transfer 14 Days before your Arrival Date.

Bookings made within 14 Days of your Arrival Date will Require Full Payment by Bank Transfer at the time of Booking your Stay Plus the £100.00 Damages/Booking Bond

⦁ If the Balance Payment is NOT received by/on the due date, 'Floppy Feet Pet Friendly Holiday Home' reserves the right to cancel the booking and Retain the Deposit.

⦁ All payments are made via Bank Transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

⦁ You can Cancel FREE OF CHARGE and with a FULL REFUND until 5 Days before your arrival date.

⦁ You will be Charged 50% of the TOTAL COST OF THE HOLIDAY if you cancel within the 5 Days before your arrival date.

⦁ In the event of a NO SHOW, NO REFUND will be issued.

Thornwick Bay Holiday Village (formerly Thornwick & Sea Farm) lies in the middle of a very popular touring area within easy reach of the North East coast holiday resorts.
