Arthur's View is a 3 bedroom static caravan situated on Barmouth Bay Holiday Park. Barmouth Bay has direct access to the beautiful beach just a 3 minute walk away. 

An extremely comfortable and attractive caravan offering a living area with built in sofa, digital smart TV in living room, WIFI available through the site. Fully equipped kitchen with gas oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge containing small freezer. 

Convenient, seperate toilet and shower room both with sink.

Master bedroom contains a double bed and spacious wardrobe and drawer space, with hairdryer. Two smaller bedrooms with twin beds and single wardrobe. Iron available.

There is a small washing rotary line available in the garden area.

There is a secure decking area with attractive patio furniture on one side and around the back of the caravan that overlooks a picturesque farming meadow and mountain view. 

Pillows & duvets are provided, however you will need to bring with you quilt covers, pillow cases, bed sheets and towels.

Arthur's View is a dog friendly holiday home. However, dogs must be toilet trained and well behaved. Away Resorts do not allow XL bullie type dogs on site and so therefore we cannot accept that breed in our caravan.

Barmouth Bay Holiday Park is part of the Away Resorts Group, situated in the Snowdonian National Park and is nestled between the mountains and the sea.

Rules:

Please line the grill/oven with foil.

No smoking in the van or on the decking please.

Caravan is to be left as you found it, clean and tidy please. All rubbish is to be disposed of in the onsite bins.

Electricity supply from the caravan is NOT to be used to charge electric vehicles (it will cause an issue throughout the site) Always use the electric charging points available near the laundrette.

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to your stay. Should your holiday begin within 6 weeks of your booking, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Minimum stay is 3 nights. 

Families and couples only, are permitted to stay. 

Keys will be collected and returned to the owner on arrival/departure day. Please try to keep keys free from sand as this can affect the locking mechanism on the caravan. 

Check in time is 2.30pm and check out time is 10.30am on day of departure.

Please leave the van clean and tidy. Remove all rubbish.  Dustpan and brush is available in the boiler cupboard and a hoover in the wardrobe in bedroom 2. 

Well behaved dogs only permitted and ensure you clean up after your dog.
