This  caravan is 36' x 12'.  Many caravans offered for hire are only 10 foot wide and that extra 2 foot of width really does make a difference especially if you have children or the weather lets you down and you are confined to base!

There is a spacious combined lounge and dining area which has ample seating for a large family and any guests you may invite.  The open plan design means whoever is preparing a meal  is not shut away from the rest of the group.

The kitchen area has plenty of storage and ample usable worktop.  There is a full size under counter fridge and freezer,and  a full size gas oven / grill with four burner hob.

The bathroom comprises pedestal hand basin, shower cubicle and loo.  There is also a second separate loo and hand basin, which helps prevent emergencies.

There are three bedrooms;  one double with bedside cabinets and wardrobe and two twin bedrooms, each with a small wardrobe.  There is full gas central heating  to help with those chilly early and late season stays.  The lounge  also has a gas fire.  Gas and electricity is included with all bookings.

Quilts and pillows are provided.  You will need to bring quilt covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels.  Kitchen towel and tea towels are also provided.

There is a  flat screen TV in the Lounge with built in Freeview and a DVD Player.  There is also a radio/Ipod docking station.  (Please note however that this may not be compatible with the latest iPods.)

We do have a high chair and travel cot that is available free of charge upon request.  Please note: If the cot is required  we will remove one of the single beds and replace with the cot.  If all single beds are being occupied, the only location for the cot would be in the lounge area.

There is a new uPVC veranda with outdoor furniture providing a safe secure outdoor space for pets and small children.   A  barbecue is also provided.

WiFi is available in the caravan for a small charge.

Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome in this caravan at a small extra charge,

Check in time is from 2:00pm and checkout is by 10:00am to allow for the caravan to be prepared for guests following you.  However if you do arrive early get in touch with us and if the caravan is ready you will be welcome to start your holiday that little bit early.

A non refundable** booking deposit of £50 is required along with a completed booking form to confirm all bookings with the balance being due six weeks before your holiday.  Should a booking be made less than six weeks in advance, the whole balance is due immediately in order to confirm the booking.

Up to two well behaved dogs accepted by arrangement.  There is a small charge for this ( £3 per dog per night, max £15 per dog per week) to cover additional cleaning etc.

We also charge a refundable security/damage deposit of £50 per booking.  This is refunded once the caravan has been checked for damage/breakages etc.

Short breaks are available from £45 per night.  Please contact us for availability.

**If a cancalletion is due to COVID restrictions the £50 deposit will be refunded in full.

A fantastic location for exploring Norfolk, set in Heacham along the beautiful coast. Take a trip into Hunstanton enjoying all the traditional seaside attractions along the promenade or visit the Georgian market town of King’s Lynn, steeped in history.

On the Park, the pool with mini fun slide will provide hours of fun for the children whilst the toddlers can splash in the paddling pool. Great entertainment can be enjoyed at Bank Holidays and peak weeks with a quieter programme available at other times of the year.
