Very comfortable and well kept caravan for hire, in very nice location on Manor Park, Hunstanton. Lounge, dininig area, kitchen with cooker, mircowave, kettle, large fridge/freezer, pull out ironing board and plenty cupboard space. Caravan is centrally heated with several radiators and double glazing. Lovely comfy lounge area with corner seating, Freeview TV and DVD, feature electric fire, large french window, and sliding patio door leading onto the spacious sunny decking area with seating. A nice size double room (double bed), with plenty of cupboard space and convenient ensuite toilet/wash area. The second bedroom has two single beds or can convert into a double bed (putting the singles together), with plenty of storage space. A family toilet/shower room and enclosed power shower with seating. Fire Safety apparatus, Smoke Alarm and Carbon Monoxide alarm installed. Parking is behind van area.

Wifi is available in the park area via Wifinity at a cost to them. For further details go to Reception or check wifi on your phone for registration details.

There is an entertainment programme in the main Park building/area (Covid restrictions apply currently) Kids Club, Bar with Dining, Games area and 2 (outdoor/indoor) swimming pools (again please see local information provided by the Park for Covid restrictions and entertainment timetable) and Sports Lounge with full size TV and pool table. Please note that Passes are required and can be purchased from Main Reception.

Location wise, it is a short walk from the caravan to the Promenade, Beach, Amusements (Fair) ,and to the centre of Hunstanton where there are some lovely shops, cafe's and eating places. There is a Tesco nearby.

Important Information:

• Caravan has been cleaned upon arrival and as such please leave as you found it.
• Arrival time at Caravan is no earlier than 14:00 and check out time is no later than 10:30 or by prior arrangement.
• Any breakages or damage please notify us/replace. 
• Please remove footwear outside in the decking area, alternatively use the space available in the entrance hall. Please do not wear outdoor footwear in the caravan.
• Basic cleaning materials are provided (surface/bacterial spray, bleach, washing up liquid and cloths).
• Please bring your own Bedding, Tea Towels, Towels, Toilet Tissue, Toiletries etc.
• Kitchen Utensils, and basic pans for cooking etc provided.
• No pets.

The Caravan is available 4 nights minimum or 7 night stays. Duvet/pillow provided for occupants booked of which number of occupants must be confirmed to us before arrival. We do not provide bedding (sheets etc).

You will be met on arrival by the owner and payment is on arrival or bank transfer beforehand.
