Whether you are holidaying as a family, a couple or group of friends if you are looking for a private holiday location in beautiful countryside that's only a short drive from shops, beaches, attractions and activities then our private static caravan located in Rhosmeirch on the outskirts of Llangefni, Anglesey is ideal for you. 

There is decking to the side of the caravan which overlooks the lawn which has sun loungers and a trampoline. The hot tub is under a pergola a couple of meters away and to the front of the caravan is a bbq with table and chairs. During July & August there is a 3.5m above ground circular swimming pool for guests use.

There are beautiful beaches, walks and cycle trails on offer close by or further afield, as well as the many excellent restaurants, bars and pubs.
Minutes away in the centre of Llangefni you will find several well known supermarkets as well as an assortment of other shops, takeaways and pubs.

Terms & Conditions of your Booking

1. A Cleaning/Damage Deposit of £50 is payable in addition to your holiday cost. The accommodation is checked after your departure, if the caravan is clean and there is no damage this will be returned via bank transfer . We reserve the right to invoice you if cleaning, repair or replacement costs exceed the deposit amount held, full details/pictures will be provided as necessary.
2. It is the Lead Guest's responsibility to ensure the caravan key is returned at the end of the holiday, we reserve the right to recover the cost of having a new lock & key fitted from your Damage deposit if this is not done.
3. Only those guests named on the booking form are entitled to occupy the caravan overnight. Any infringement of this rule without our prior consent will result in the immediate cancellation of your holiday with no refund of monies paid.
4. If breakages occur we must be informed as soon as is practically possible.
5. The caravan must be left clean and tidy at the end of your stay, any additional cleaning costs will be deducted from your deposit.
6. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the caravan, if you are a smoker please do so OUTSIDE.
7. No disposable BBQ's are to be used at the caravan or anywhere in the grounds of our property.
8. Bookings will only be accepted for families and couples over the age of 25. No single sex groups will be accepted unless by prior agreement.
9. We accept no liability for any act, injury, damage or loss suffered by any guest during their stay either in, on or around the caravan, hot tub, gardens, trampoline, pool, swing or the property/grounds of Glyn Afon nor can we accept any liability for loss or damage to guests’ possessions or vehicles.
10. The Hot Tub is used entirely at your own risk. Any persons under 16 years of age MUST be accompanied into the water by a responsible adult and no pool toys, goggles, snorkles, etc., are allowed in the water. Guests must shower before and after using the Hot Tub. 
11. Due care must be taken if drinks are taken into the hot tub as spillage can contaminate the water, should this occur and a water change becomes necessary this will render the tub unavailable for 24hrs. The Lead Guest will incur a fee of £75 to cover costs this must be paid immediately.
12. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your booking you will be advised immediately. All monies paid up to that date will be refunded in full. No further compensation will be paid.

Once we receive your completed Booking Form a formal agreement will have been made between you (the Lead Guest) and ourselves (the Owners). We will reserve the dates specified on the Booking Form. The balance must be paid before your arrival. The Damage Deposit will be refunded via Bank Transfer once the caravan has been checked after your departure and no damage or defects found.

Should you cancel your stay for any reason, by signing this Booking Form you legally agree to pay the following Cancellation Charges (these are not payable if we are able to obtain another booking for the dates you are due to stay):

     0 to 6 days – 100% of holiday cost

     7 to 14 days – 50% of holiday cost

    15 days or more – Deposit

Centrally located in the Anglesey countryside, surrounded by fields yet only minutes away from the centre of Llangefni where you will find supermarkets and other shops.

The A55 is a short drive away as are the many beaches and attrations Anglesey has to offer. There are many walks and cycling routes to enjoy, a favourite walk of ours is through The Dingle in Llangefni.
