First Level Decking Area: : There is wrap around secure decking on the first level where your little ones and dogs can roam and play safely. On this main top deck there is a Large Gas BBQ with 4 burners and side burner with high quality dining table (with parasol) and chairs and comfy sun loungers.

🎣 Second lower level area: Large Fishing peg/ sun platform on lower platform at waters edge accessible via  steps.
Grassed garden areas at lakefront and to the left hand side of van – all with wonderful views over the main lake.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

🛈  Jet-skis on the lake between 10am to 3pm, so please allow for some engine noise.

🛈  You can use you own small boat, paddle board, canoe, kayak, fishing gear on the main Clearwater Lake (which we are positioned) from sunrise to 10am, and then from 3pm to sunset. Please note that should you wish to fish on a quieter lake there are 9 addition lakes to choose from onsite.

If taking to the lake please bring own lifejackets - thank you.

🎫  £50 security/damages bond is required. If booking is terminated at anytime this bond is non-refundable, but it may be transferred to later booking date.

The Lakeside Bar and Restaurant offers good quality bar food & drinks with stunning views across the lake together with a glorious sun terrace perfect for enjoying the sun.

The fishing in the 7 lakes is nothing short of outstanding with a huge range of fish offering something for everyone.

The largest lake is the 40 acre Clearwater Lake which is used for water sports while the rest of the lakes are reserved for fishing.
