This is a Swift Bordeaux Exclusive 38 x 12, 3 bedroom caravan, with full central heating and double glazing and a wrap around UPVC glass-fronted deck with outside furniture and a view of Cardigan Bay. There is a double bedroom and an en-suite WC and wash basin. Also a family shower room with a large glazed shower, WC and wash basin adjacent to the twin bedrooms..

The very well equipped and spacious kitchen has ample cupboards and has a full size gas hob, grill and separate oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and large integrated fridge with 3 drawer freezer under. An air fryer is also provided.

There is an open plan dining area which seats 6, and large living room with 2 free standing sofas plus additional seating , a  flat screen  TV and a flame effect wall mounted gas fire. French doors open out onto the fully enclosed and gated deck with patio furniture . There is off road parking for two cars beside the caravan and additional parking areas nearby.

One small well trained dog is allowed.  However, this is at the owner's discretion, so please ask. Your pet must sleep in it’s own bed and must never be left in the caravan alone.  Could you please bring blankets to cover the furniture for your pet to sit on.

Bedding or towels are not provided .

No smoking/vaping in the caravan. Please dispose of your cigarette ends responsibly.

No all boy/girl group bookings accepted.

Passes are not included in our rental cost, but can be purchased at Reception. 

Keys can be collected at 4pm on the day of arrival. You must vacate no later than 10am on the day of departure. 

A £50 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your dates.

A £50 security bond will also be required, which will be refunded within 3 days of you leaving the caravan, as long as you leave on time and everything is as you found it with no loss, damages and/or breakages.

Further details will be sent to you regarding entry to the caravan on full payment of your holiday.

We accept bookings for full weeks, weekend breaks (Friday to Monday) or mid-week breaks (Monday to Friday).

Summer holidays will only be booked for minimum 7 days - changeover normally saturday
