All beds must be striped in the black bags provided for your departure ,these are the new government guidelines .

If you wish to have beds made up for you on your arrival ,this is extra ,and would cost 12.00 per bed  ,all beds have mattress protectors on them .and fitted sheets only .

Family bathroom with shower ,toilet ,and sink just off the hall leading to the kitchen 

Single oven /grill ,gas hob ,with fridge freezer ,microwave,toaster,kettle,Tassimo coffee maker ,iron and ironing board 

The kitchen is fully equipped with saucepans ,crockery ,cutlery and glasses 

Dining area with free standing table and seating area and 2 stools overlooking great views 

The lounge has new upholstered and cushion seating with scatter cushions to compliment ,TV /dvd Freeview ,dab radio ,stand up fan for hot weather ,,next tables,complimented by a rug 

Patio table with 4 cushioned chairs on hardstanding next to our caravan for those relaxing unwinding moments when your enjoying sunny Norfolk 

Our caravan is fully gas central heating and double glazed , instant hot water supplied by combi boiler 

Parking is next to caravan

PLEASE NOTE that during peak periods bookings will be for a minimum of 7 nights running from sat to sat only unless otherwise organized with us 

A non refundable 100.00 pound deposit will be needed to secure dates .

735 is a corner plot next to the new complex nice and quiet and not many cars go up there either 

So safer for children 

Our caravan is our pride and joy ,home from home ,please can you leave our caravan in the same condition as you found it ,clean and tidy
