We are very pleased to announce our flagship lodge located on Waterside holiday park: Sea Spray Lodge.

Our many returning guests will now be offered additional, high end, premium five-star accommodation, along with Ocean View Lodge.

Along with our existing caravans, Sea Spray Lodge will complement our existing lodge, you can be assured you will enjoy the same high levels of service possible from the time you book through to your arrival date.

An ideal Devon retreat for families and couples to enjoy a holiday quality break by the sea at any time of the year. 

For two family bookings we have constructed an interconnecting walkway between Ocean View Lodge and Sea Spray Lodge.

Lounge

Sea Spray Lodge is a contemporary styled 42ft x13ft large spacious Lodge and is now ready for the 2017 holiday season. Our premium grade accommodation is the ultimate statement in luxury and comfort. Sea Spray Lodge represents along with Ocean View Lodge, arguably the finest grade and location of any holiday home currently available on Waterside today.

The accommodation consists of a large open plan spacious living-kitchen area and comes highly appointed with quality fixtures and fittings throughout. The lounge comes complete with luxurious free standing furniture which include a three seater sofa bed, two comfy arm chairs and full sized patio doors. The spacious open plan lounge area has sea views from all seaward facing windows. Further enhancements include a Smart 40” JVC flat screen TV with built in DVD player, HD Freeview and WIFI.

Kitchen

The quality theme of our five-star grade living is also reflected in the stylish designed kitchen and dining areas, which include modern LED lighting throughout. The matching modern colour scheme using white gloss doors and natural colours give a quality feel to the functional kitchen area.

Further luxury enhancements that give Sea Spray Lodge the edge over all our competitors include: breakfast bar with two stools, large fridge freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, built in microwave and five burner gourmet gas cooker.

Bedrooms

The main sleeping area consists of two bedrooms including a spacious modern master bedroom with king bed, large wardrobes, dressing table-stool and windows looking out to uninterrupted sea views. The master bedroom has been equipped with a TV, so that you can catch up with all the news.

The second bedroom is a good sized twin bedroom with twin beds and good wardrobe space. Note that Sea Spray Lodge will sleep up to 6 persons in total when utilising the sofa bed.

Bathrooms

To accommodate families, Sea Spray Lodge has a large sized family bathroom which includes: a shower, toilet, and hand basin.

The un-suite master bedroom has a bath, washbasin and toilet.

Outside

Outside there is a large customised decking area. We provide a patio set to include table, six chairs and parasol. The views from the decking are simply stunning and cannot be equalled. A great place to enjoy a glass of wine and chill out after a full day out sightseeing in Devon.

You will not be dissapointed with this lovely homely lodge.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DUE TO THE ELEVATED POSTION OF OUR LODGE, THERE ARE STEEP STEPS CLIMBING UP TO THE DECKING/LODGE.

1.Booking deposit is calculated at 20% of total rental cost.

2.Final balance payable two months before your holiday arrival date.

3.We accept payment by: Cheque, Bank Transfer & PayPal.

4.A fully refundable £75 security deposit will apply to all bookings.

On the cusp of the Paignton area lies Waterside Holiday Park, with its spectacular views of the South Devon coastline and the ocean. From its elevated position, you will enjoy stunning views of the Torbay coastline, and it is close to the fabulous beaches and attractions of the famed English Riviera. Stay at Waterside and you can take a trip to beautiful Goodrington Sands and Broadsands, award winning Blue Flag beaches, ideal for swimming exploring rock pools and other water activities.  Cafes with outside and inside seating to enjoy the views. They can both be accessed either by walking on the coastal path or by car.

On the park, you'll find a brand-new indoor swimming pool and jet pool, along with the newly refurbished bar and restaurant which takes influence from the style of a traditional pub. During the summer, you can sit back and enjoy the scenic views of the bay on the raised terrace which is the perfect space for al fresco dining. Some entertainment is provided during the holiday season and various activities for the families to take part in.

Waterside is renowned for its amazing setting, along with the famous Steam Railway that borders the park. With easy access out onto the headland, guests can walk through the tunnel under the Steam Railway to remarkable views of the Torquay coastline and coastal paths great for  walkers and hiking. It’s all here in this ideal Devon location.

The wonderful sights come courtesy of the hillside location. There is parking close to all the caravans.  There are regular bus services outside the park, which will take you to all the surrounding areas.
