Lovely family owned static caravan. Double bedroom and twin bedroom with small double pulldown in the lounge. Can accomodate up to 6 people. As our own privately owned caravan, it has all the added cosy touches that you would want to find.

Your holiday is located within a 10/15 minute stroll from the beach. Bournemouth, the New Forest and historical Christchurch are only a short drive.

There are a good selection of Pubs and Restaurants close by as well as many takeaways on your doorstep (Fish and Chips, KFC, McDonalds, Burger King and others) 
There is also a good variety of supermarkets all nearby, such as Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Aldi and Lidl.

The main bathroom has a porcelain suite and a large shower. Opening in a jack and jill style into the main bedroom.
Lovely main double bedroom with a comfortable double pocket sprung mattress. Walk-in double wardrobe, with seperate single wardrobe and bedside tables.

Twin bedroom with single wardrobe and bedside table.

Spacious open plan living and dining area. Electric fire, 40 inch smart tv, DVD player.
Dining area with ample family seating and stools.
Kitchen has electric oven, fridge-freezer and all new microwave, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils.
Bedding is included. (main is double bed with king duvet and twin has single duvets. There is also spare included for the pull down.)
We ask you bring your own bath/beach towels

Free Wi-Fi is available across the whole park - browsing only not streaming (at present).

A £100 security deposit is required at the time of booking which is in addition to the cost of the holiday, this will secure your booking and is refundable after your deoarture via bank transfer and providing there is no damage, breakages, loss or excess cleaning that may be required.

The balance of the holiday is due 6 weeks before the arrival date.
If you book within 6 weeks of your arrival date then the full balance plus the £100 security deposit is due upon booking.

In the event of a cancellation the £100 security deposit is non-refundable.

Bookings are taken from families and couples.
No Stag/Hen party bookings are allowed, park rules.
If you book and are asked by the park to leave, your holiday will not be refunded.

You will have access to the on site restaurant and cafe, to use any of the other on site facilities you will require membership passes (not included in price.) I would be happy to arrange membership passes for you upon request for the rate of £50 (2023) for up to 6 people for 7 nights.
Payments are to be made by Cheque or Bank Transfer 6 weeks in advance.

We will always try to be accommodating with dates and bookings. If you do not see the date you require please ask.

Expectations are, the static caravan is left as you find it.
