Lovely area for wildlife & bird watching, both at the property & locally. Perfect place to sit and watch the sunsets. Minutes from the Welsh Highland Railway line. 

The Caravan was modernised inside in recent years. It consists of 2 bedrooms and sleeps max of 2 adults and 2 children. It is positioned on a small holding alongside the old farm yard where there are ducks & geese. In the neighbouring fields there are horses, sheep and cows. There are beautiful views of woods, fields and far reaching views of the Irish Sea.

Bedroom 1 : double bed. Elec heater

Bedroom 2 : 2 small single beds. Elec heater. T.V /DVD player.

Bathroom: Elec shower, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.  

Kitchen area: Elec cooker ,microwave, sink, fridge ( no freezer ), table and chairs, crockery , cutlery, saucepans and frying pan.

Loung area: 2 small sofas, T.V & DVD player and selection of reading material. Elec heater x 2.

Access to the property is via a mostly single road of 1.7 miles with plenty of passing places.

Bedding is provided , bed linen is not provided.

T-Towels are not provided.

Outside area : fenced off area at front of Caravan with beautiful views across the fields and far reaching views of the Irish Sea. Picnic table , BBQ and other seating available. Ideal spot to watch the sunsets 🌤️

Minimum stay 4 nights during Winter

A non refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking and then the remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the holiday commencement.

Payment can be made via PayPal or by cheque.

A quiet smallholding  with horses, sheep, ducks and geese, overlooking green fields with far reaching views of the Irish Sea and Anglesey beaches.

Ideally located for beaches and scenic walks (15 min drive from nearest beach and 20 min drive from the heart of Snowdonia mountains). Welsh Highland Railway 5 mins walk away.
