Our 2020 Swift Bordeaux, pet friendly caravan for hire on Heacham Beach Holiday Park, offers all you could need for your next holiday in Norfolk.

We have a designated parking area to the left of the caravan, which leads to the wraparound decking at the caravan entrance.

The front door opens into the open plan living area, comprising the kitchen, diner and lounge.  The kitchen has a good size oven with gas hob, microwave oven and a fridge/freezer, as well as a full complement of utensils, cookware, cutlery and crockery. The dining area has a table and four chairs. Within the comfortable lounge is a three-seater and a two-seater sofa, TV, electric fire, coffee table includes two stools.

Sleeping four guests, the caravan has two bedrooms; one double with TV and en-suite WC; and one twin bedded room.

In addition to the en-suite WC, there is a family shower room with shower, WC and wash basin.

Quilts and pillows plus hairdryer and ironing board are all provided, along with a large 🐶 bed.

Booking & Conditions 

We accept 3,4, & 7 night bookings, with 3 nights being the minimum. We also offer the option of preferred dates.

Check-out time 10.30am

10% discount for early bookings.

To secure your holiday dates a £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be received 28 days before your holiday start date.

A £100.00 Care and Respect Security deposit will also be required at the time of booking, which will be refunded following inspection of the caravan on your departure, as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages are found or the need for an excessive clean.
We do ask that you leave the caravan clean and in the same condition in which you found it. Confirmed bookings will be given full directions to the site and caravan. 
Confirmation of booking will be sent once receipt of both deposit’s, which can be paid to the following: acc no: 04458842  sort code: 07-12-26.

Strictly NO smoking or vaping allowed.
No stag/hen parties
No BBQs allowed on the decking or within 3m of the caravan.

The accommodation is dog friendly for a maximum of 2 dogs. All dogs must be kept on a lead around the site AND NOT left in the caravan alone. 
The supplement per dog is £40.

A fantastic location for exploring Norfolk, set in Heacham along the beautiful coast. Take a trip into Hunstanton enjoying all the traditional seaside attractions along the promenade or visit the Georgian market town of King’s Lynn, steeped in history.

On the Park, the pool with mini fun slide will provide hours of fun for the children whilst the toddlers can splash in the paddling pool. Great entertainment can be enjoyed at Bank Holidays and peak weeks with a quieter programme available at other times of the year.
