our beautiful holiday home has a full wrap around decking with outside rattan furniture with own private car parking space only a 1 minute walk to the main complex also has outside patio area with bench

has a large living area with patio doors that open out onto the decking area has tv & electric fire  with a nice large sofas for a relaxing night 

all fully central heated and double glazed fully equipped kitchen with all utensils just from home to home also free standing dining area table intergrated fridge freezer & microwave with plenty of cupboard space and a washing machine 

Main bedroom has double bed & tv also large size wardrobe plus extra bonus of a en-suite toilet and a dressing area 

2x twin rooms both consist of 2 single beds plus wardrobe for plenty of storage space one twin rooms also have tvs in too 

Has family bathroom with large shower 

all duvets and pillows are provided

£100 deposit required on booking for the dates you have chosen this keeps your holiday secure and is refunded 7days after you have had your holiday. £100 is only refunded if the holiday home  has been left in the way it was before your holiday nothing broken  smoke smells and also left in a clean condition.
The full balance for your holiday is due 4 weeks before you go..or pay upfront.
Once you arrive at the caravan there will be an information sheet on how everything works

Mablethorpe has a wealth of activities to see and do from the Seal Sanctuary which is directly opposite the Park, to charming shops where you can pick up that special memento.

And not to disappoint the thrill seekers we have both Fantasy Island Theme Park and Pleasure Island Theme Park which are in the area featuring children's attractions to white knuckle rides, there's plenty to keep the family entertained throughout the season.
