• A deposit of £100.00 is payable on booking and the full balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
• A damage deposit of £125.00 is also payable when the full banance is paid.  This is fully refundable up to one week after your stay pending any breakages, loss and/or damage caused or the need for an excessive clean.
