A beutifully presented 2015 large static caravan with a modern open plan living design.
large open plan kitchen housing all the latest appliances to include fridge/freezer and all kitchen facitlities /utensils to make it a real home from home.
Central heating, Double glazing.
50" Flat screen tv with free sat so its not like the usual caravans where you barely get any tv channels.
Free sat has free view channels and a lot more so you can enjoy cosy nights in.
Lamps in master bedroom and Main living room.

Outdoor heated pool on site (open peak season only). Sister park a short walk/drive has outdoor heated pool open all season.
Site has clubhouse that serves Food, Bar area arcade, Pool Table - does have some entertainment during peak times.
Sister site can be used by all who are on our park - sister site has outdoor heated pool ,Food ,Bar and full entertainment package.
Our site is hilly.
Good 5G mobile internet.
The village of Combe Martin is bustling with shops, pubs, kayak hire centres and more...
The beach is a 5 minute walk and is amazing for chilling on the beach or swimming in the sea and when the tide is out theres plenty to do rock pooling.
Combe martin is a great base for exploring local resorts of -
Ilfracombe, Woolacombe, Croyde, Saunton Sands to name a few.

Combe Martin Beach Holiday Park offers a haven of peace where you can enjoy a restful holiday.
The park is set into the valley with picture postcard views from the park. A winding path leads you to the top of the park and to our woodland walk where the kids are free to roam and enjoy the natural surroundings. At the bottom of the park you'll find the clubhouse where you can sit back and enjoy a drink in the bar, have a game of pool or let someone else do the hard work and cook you a bar meal. All of which you can enjoy whilst looking out on some of the very best sea views North Devon has to offer.
Take a wander down to Newberry Beach where you can spend the day relaxing in the sun whilst the kids play in the sea or stroll down into the traditional seaside village of Combe Martin where you will find pubs full of Devon charm where you can enjoy a local ale or enjoy a traditional British tea of fish and chips from the local chippy - just make sure the Seagulls don't steal your chips!
Please note the pool is open from 18th July to 30th August. Outside of these times, guest are welcome to use the pool at Combe Martin's sister park, Sandaway, which is located just a few minutes away.
