- To Secure all bookings a non refundable deposit of £150.00 is required along with a completed booking form.
- As part of the final balance a refundable £100 good housekeeping/breakages is invoiced. This is returned within 7 days of check out, once the holiday home has been cleaned and inspected.
- The final balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
- Small family/friendship groups are welcome, but due to park rules a strict policy of hen or stag party style groups will not be permitted.
- As an extra fee dogs are permitted - One medium or 2 small dogs. Price £25 for one dog & £30 for two.
- Wifi is included in the price.

This is an excellent base for holiday water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving - all available from Rockley Park itself -even including its own sailing school. Rockley Park enjoys a delightful coastal location close to Poole and Dorset, and nearby Brownsea Island is an important wildlife site.
