This large, modern 3 bedroom caravan, which is situated a 5 minute walk away from Mablethorpe's glorious Blue Flag sandy beaches, is available for you to have your own great holiday.

The caravan is large at 35x12 feet in size. It is modern, clean, comfortable and homely with all the facilities and utilities you would expect and more.

The caravan is in an ideal grassed location on the park, with parking very close.

The caravan features in detail are as follows:

Large bright lounge area with plenty of comfy seating, fully fitted including gas fire, TV with DVD and free digital channels.

Large dining area with table and comfy seating.

Large fully fitted modern kitchen including gas hob, grill and oven, sink with mixer taps and drainer, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, cutlery, plates, cups etc.

Sleeping area separated to the rear of the caravan, which includes 3 attractive bedrooms, all with fitted cupboards, one with double bed and the other two with twin beds.

Toilet with wash hand basin. Separate bathroom with additional toilet, enclosed shower and vanity sink with mirror.

All duvets, pillows and bed linen etc are provided and made up for you, for when you arrive. Just bring your own towels.

Gas is included in the charge and provides the cooking and heating facilities in the lounge areas.

There is a pre-pay meter for electric use. Wi-Fi is availalbe at the site at an additional cost payable locally.

Our caravan is positioned in an ideal location on the site, in a peaceful position near to all amenities, and it is just a five minute walk from the caravan door to the glorious sandy beach over the sand dunes. You really don't need a car to stay here, the beach is on your doorstep and you can take the bus or the famous sand train to the Mablethorpe centre, which is about a mile away down the sea front.
Mablethorpe Chalet Park is small and friendly and has everything you need.

There is a cafe & restaurant, a family friendly club with regular free entertainment and lounge bar. There are also amusements as well as children's park facilities and a sports green.

Local Area

Mablethorpe is a traditional British seaside resort, family oriented, great beaches, good food, shops including Lidl, Tesco superstore and B&M, markets, pubs, entertainment etc.

If you want even more action, Skegness and the Ingoldmells Fantasy Island theme parks are half an hour away by car or bus.

Local towns such as Alford or Louth, with market days on Wednesday and Friday, are great to visit. A little further away is the city of Lincoln which is also worth a visit with its magnificent Cathedral.

Payment is preferably by bank transfer but will accept a cheque if more than 6 weeks till your holiday.

A £50 deposit/security bond is required to confirm your booking and must be recieved within 7 days of your booking or the booking may be re-let. Your deposit /security bond will ONLY be returned after the caravan has been checked  and that it is left how you found it, clean, tidy & no breakages or damage. Any evidence of smoking in the van will result in the loss of the bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY - APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone me in the first instance and NOTIFY ME IN WRITING within 3 days.

The security deposit is non-refundable in the event of  any cancellation. It is only refundable within 7 days of the end of your holiday, pending satisfactory caravan inspection.

Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to start of holiday; full refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation from 6 to 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; 50% refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; no refund.

Refunds are non-negotiable.

If the balance of your holiday is not received by 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, it may be cancelled and re-let with no notification.

The balance of your holiday is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
