Beautiful caravan located directly facing fantasy island. 

The caravan has a full length veranda, with chairs and a table.  

There is a washing machine located in the shed at the end of the veranda. 

The caravan benefits from a tv in the living area and internet. 

There are portable electic heaters and a gas fire located in the living room. 

Fresh bedding is supplied and bed made up on arrival. 

There is a main carpark located at the start of the caravan park. Guests will need to display a parking pass at all times to avoid parking fines. 

Parking passes will be left at the caravan and must be returned to the caravan when you leave. If parking passes are lost or not returned the cost to replace these are £210 each. 

£100 bond returned the day you leave after the caravan has be checked. 

£100 deposit (NON REFUNDABLE) and full payment 6 weeks before holiday date.

NO PARKING ON THE GRASS AT ANYTIME

Please ensure no outdoor shoes are worn inside the caravan and there is no smoking inside or on the decking as this will be checked on departure.

ANY DAMAGES WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF BOND

MAX 6 PERSONS ON ANY OVERNIGHT STAY.🤚The booking is for 0 adults and 0 children only.

Please respect our caravan and leave it how you found it and please remove all rubbish from the caravan bins and place in large rubbish bins the nearest biffa bin is on the left as you leave.

Nothing is to be chained to the decking at anytime.

Electric is monitored strictly no charging mobile scooters unless pre arranged.

Anything broken or damaged must be reported straight away no report may result in the loss of your bond.

Please be respectfull to other owners and guests around you on site.No ball games and no parking on the grass.

Dogs must be kept on leads around the park at all times max of 1 dog permitted.

All seating must be covered by your own dog blankets if dogs are on seating and hoovered before you leave.

Any breach of terms may result in you being asked to leave and no monies will be returned.

If you cut short your holiday No monies will be returned so we advise uk travel insurance.

Please remember to leave the parking pass or you will be charged.

Sunnymede Ingoldmells Caravan Park is next to both Fantasy Island and Eastgate market. The East Coast's finest Blue Flag beaches are only a 5 minute walk away, with Skegness beach only a short drive away.

If you are a fearless roller coaster rider take a trip on the Millennium Roller Coaster at Fantasy Island, the longest looping coaster in Europe; or Jubilee Odyssey the world's longest suspended roller coaster with the steepest drop in Europe. There's an amazing array of theme park rides, thrills and experiences just waiting to be discovered as well as spectacular shows for kids. Take a break from the rides and wander around the vast market at Ingoldmells, the largest market in Europe that is open seven days a week.

Also located in Ingoldmells is the fabulous re-developed Butlins with its majestic dome of the Skyline Pavilion.  It is a fantastic day out for the family. Butlins offers all weather multi-sports courts, the Fun Splash, the Odeon Cinema, a fantastic array of foods, and more.

If you fancy a quieter day out then Hardy's Animal Farm is a firm favourite, you will find little furry friends, birds and farm creatures as well as an adventure play park for kids.
