Our holiday home is on the largest park in North Somerset, in Brean. Has loads to do on park, with discount to the swimming complex & soft play , 18 hole golf course , next to unity with the passes,
PASSES ARE OPTIONAL to BUY with us ,and can be added onto the price as advertised.
If you not interested in RJs etc passes don't need to be added.
2 entertainment venues and a sandy beach 10 minutes walk away... golf course discount and fishing lake , ( licence needed ).Brean theme park is right next to holiday park , being on Unity guests also can get a small discount on wristbands , from reception.

If you just want a holiday and not wanting to use the entertainment venue it gives you the voice
Pitch 98 is central location please be mindful in busy times there might be noise when people are passing
We ask guests not to leave food or bin bags in caravan Please take to communal bins , as not to leave on the pitch ( garden)
Bond will be refunded within 7 days as long as there is no damages , brakages and the caravan / garden is left tidy.
Please be mindful that our neighbour might not hire out , we ask for guests to be respectful while on park there is security on park if security is called they have the right to remove guests off park , if this happens security will inform owners and bond will.be automatically be lost .
