The Old Vicarage, Red Roses, Whitland, Carmarthenshire, South Wales

Situated right on the Pembrokeshire border, only 4 miles from Pendine town and beach and within easy reach of the many attractions that West Wales has to offer, including walks across the award winning Pembrokeshire coastline.  The caravan is located on a small site in a cul-de-sac, with heated outdoor swimming pool and sun patio (June to end Aug), launderette facilities.  Wi-fi is available (local charge). There is a garage with small Spar shop for basics, plus newspapers etc., approx. 1 mile away and a pub serving food within easy walking distance.

It has a fully equipt kitchen/dining room, which includes a cooker with 4 ring burners, oven and small grill, 4 slice toaster, large fridge with small freezer compartment, washer/dryer, microwave and dining table with 4 chairs.  The lounge has flat screen t.v. with freeview and dvd (small dvd library) and a wide range of books.  There is a shower room with toilet and wash hand basin and a further toilet with hand basin is en-suite to the master bedroom.  The decking (with gate) is to the side of the caravan, with glass topped table, parasol and chairs, therefore is ideal for relaxing in the day or enjoying the last of the evening sunshine.  A private hard-core parking bay for one car is next to the decking. 

£25 (non refundable) deposit is required for short breaks and £50 (non refundable) for weekly bookings.  The remainder of the balance including refundable (dog) deposit is due one month prior to commencement of holiday and non refundable except (dog) deposit if cancelled within the one month period and will only be reimbursed if the same period is re-booked.

This caravan is not equipped for children under the age of 9 years.  Should you still wish to bring a younger child there is a £50.00 refundable security/damages deposit payable.

Arrival is 3pm onward and not later than 7pm, unless by prior arrangement.  Departure is by 11am.

Between May 30 to September 30, two well behaved (upto medium size) dogs are welcome free of charge but there is a £40.00 refundable dog deposit payable, this is refunded after departure on inspection. (Strictly no dogs under the age of one year).  Please note that the park rules state dogs must be kept on a lead at all time when away from the caravan/decking, and under no circumstances should your dog(s) be left unattended on their own in the caravan.

Bed linen, tea towels and hand towels are supplied within the price, but please bring your own bath and beach towels. Also for your convenience the initial necessities i.e. tea, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper etc. are supplied.  There is washing up liquid and other cleaning products and an initial supply of toilet paper.

Situated in the Carmarthenshire village of Red Roses, just off the A477 Tenby Road. Home of the Vale Holiday Parks Visitor Centre, the park offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The Sporting Chance public house is located across the road from the park.

In addition to the facilities on offer at The Old Vicarage, guests are invited to use the club houses at both Woodland Vale (5 miles away) and Cross Park (8 miles away).
