A large spacious lounge with a fitted carpet and free standing furniture including a 2 seater sofa bed and a 3 seater settee. There is a new solid oak TV unit, coffee table and 2 lamp tables. The electric fire come with remote control operation.   THEY IS SKY TV. [WITH FREE VIEW AS BACK UP]

The open plan kitchen diner has a central island containing a freezer, cupboard space and feature lighting. There is a built in fridge, microwave,  gas hob and oven with a vented cooker hood. There is ample cupboard space. In the dining section there is a extendable table with 4 chairs.  Additional cupboard space for coats and a separate cupboard housing the gas boiler supplying the hot water and central heating system. 

There are 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, a dressing table and a walk through wardrobe to an en-suite shower room with heated towel rail, cupboard under the sink, mirror and shaving point and again all new flooring. The second bedroom has double bed. There are bedside cabinets and lamps, dressing table, double and single mirrored wardrobes with drawers. There is a Jack and Jill door to the bathroom. 

The bathroom has toilet, bath.  a sink unit with a cupboard under, mirror and shaving point, again with new flooring. 

Outside there is a large deck area table, and chairs and   to the front and side and grass area with a paved patio section. Private car parking space. 

This spacious luxury lodge must be seen to appreciate the size and immaculate condition throughout.

To book there is a £50 non-refundable deposit which secures the booking. Full balance is due six weeks prior to your holiday

We supply duvets and pillows,  

We DO NOT supply Fun passes; these can be purchased at the main Reception.

To book our fantastic lodge we require a £50 deposit. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

On top of balance there is a £50 refundable damage deposit required.  WHICH IS PAID BACK INTO YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS !!!!!

BOOKINGS CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY OF ALTERNATIVELY TRAVEL INSURANCE SHOULD BE CLAIMED !!!!!

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are Non refundable (this is your first down payment whether it's £40 or £50 etc).

If you cancel your holiday you will only recive half of what you have paid back if the time period is outside of the 6 weeks bracket (Less deposit).

No refunds will be given if holiday is cancelled within 6 weeks of the holiday date.

 ALSO WE ASK IF YOU CAN PLEASE DISPOSE OF YOUR RUBBISH INSIDE AND OUT TO BINS NEAR BY LODGE
