The caravan is located at the quieter side of the park although still within a short walk to the entertainment complex. Jet skiing and water sports are all on hand and there is a beautiful walk along the promenade to Hampton. The caravan comprises one master bedroom, one twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room sleeping 6 people in total. Just perfect for a small family looking to have a seaside holiday with facilities on their doorstep.

 The master bedroom has its own ensuite shower room and TV with multiple channels. The twin bedroom has its own TV and a selection of games and DVD’s to entertain the younger members of your family. There is a shower room near to the twin room.

The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cater for your family if you decide not to use the restaurant on site. There is a fridge freezer, micro-wave and coffee machine for you to use.  A table and chairs for dining inside is located near the kitchen, as well as an outdoor dining area on the decking for you to enjoy al fresco meals and drinks.

There is a comfortable lounge area where you can sit back with your feet up, relax and enjoy your holiday. There is a 3D TV with Chrome cast facilities and a play station 4 that will enable you to play DVD’s, watch Blue Ray disc’s and play games.

Our holiday home has a parking bay next to the caravan for up to two cars. 

Small to medium dogs are now allowed to have a great holiday too

All areas of the caravan is no smoking. There is a seating area by the tree and smoking is permitted there. Thank you for following these guidelines.

The holiday park as many amenities, we have a shop, an outdoor heated pool, go karts for hire, an arcade, table tennis, pool tables, large bar and clubhouse with entertainment, launderette, BT sport, and the characters of Loopy and Friends. The entertainment team are just amazing and you will not be short of things to do.

Seaview holiday park is close to Whitstable and Herne Bay town and a short drive into the fantastic Canterbury City. With a good bus and train service you will struggle to see and do all whilst you are here. You will love it and we have a 10% discount if you rebook for the following year before the end of your holiday

Our caravan will be cleaned and ready for you from 4pm onwards on your day of arrival. You must vacate the caravan by 10am on the last day of your holiday. You will receive instructions of where to find the keys for the holiday home once you have paid in full 6 weeks prior to your holiday.

We are gettng booked up for 2022 Please don't delay in getting in touch with us. We can reserve a date for 24 hours and allow you time to get the deposit together.

Located right on the beach between the popular seaside resorts of Whitstable and Herne Bay.

The park’s facilities are centred around the main entertainment venue and we are continually working to make this venue  better and better for our new holiday guests. With so many places to visit, you will probably want to spend most days touring the garden of England. Famous castles, fishing ports, cathedral cities and dramatic coastal scenery are all within a short drive from Seaview.

Back on the park in the evening you can enjoy warm welcome in the bar or a tasty supper in our cafe that will set you up for the brilliant entertainment, which is extra special at weekends and during the peak season

We are taking bookings for 202 2with a low deposit and flexible payments what could be better than to plan and secure a wonderful holiday on the beautiful Kent coast.

If any maintenance work is going on throughout the holiday park, then this is beyond our control. The holiday park does have a duty to keep the park looking well maintained and functional.

Booking terms and conditions

By booking a caravan stay with us you are agreeing to abide by the following rules so please read carefully. Thank you

£50 deposit will secure your holiday week.

This deposit for holding is non-refundable if the holiday is cancelled.

A further £100 deposit for families £200 deposit for guests with dogs shall be made 6 weeks prior to your holiday and this is for breakages. This will be refunded within 24 hours if the holiday home has been left the way it was found. 

Full payment must be paid 6 weeks prior to your stay.

Cancellation fee of 50% apply if holiday is cancelled 6 wk or less prior to stay, 100% 3 wks or less prior to stay unless the dates are resold. Re-sold dates would incur a £10 admin fee.

Coronavirus Covid - 19 additional regulations

If you have been in contact with a person who has tested positive from covid 19 or have been told to self-isolate then you must not stay at the caravan. You cannot self-isolate at our holiday home under any circumstances.We all have a responsibility to protect each other, which is why the caravan is deep cleaned between visitors.

If the actual park is closed due to Covid -19 full refunds would be given. 

Only people booked to stay at the caravan are allowed to stay over night. All names of people in your party must be given to the host prior to you taking your holiday with us. Children must be monitored at all times and not left alone in the caravan unsupervised, please do not allow your children to jump on the beds as they are caravan beds and not sprung and they will break. Children must not use the iron and the iron must be use with the correct ironing board and not taken into the bedrooms. 

The conduct of the behaviour of ALL persons staying is the responsibility of person booking the holiday.

There is strictly no smoking in the caravan.

 Loss of keys and site excess charged at £15.

Please be respectful of other neighbours.

Holidays are for 3, 4 or 7 days; we do not book single nights. 7 nights or more are available on certain dates during the summer holiday 

 Mattress protectors must not be removed.

 All site rules must be adhered to, you will find a copy in your holiday welcome pack

This is a private let so no need to queue at the main reception, once you have booked and paid you will receive instructions on where the caravan is situated and how to gain access. You will be required to purchase an entertainment pass should you wish to use the swimming pool and club house. These are obtained at the main reception
