The lead person named on the booking form must be 25 years or older and will be entirely responsible for all members in their party.
Presthaven Sands is a family park and guests are expected to behave responsibly.

Failure to do so may result in the termination of your holiday from Haven.

Please note there is maximum occupancy of 8 at any time in the caravan.

A £75.00 deposit/damage bond is required to secure your booking, no holiday is secure until we receive your deposit/damage bond and your payment has cleared in the bank.
The above payment is in addition to your holiday cost. _____________________________________________________________________

Your deposit/damage bond is held separately and will be returned to you no earlier than 2 weeks after your holiday on the condition the caravan is found clean and all contents within the caravan and garden are present and intact on our inspection.

Any damage to any part of the caravan and its contents, inside or in the garden, no matter how big or small, accidentally or purposely done will result in Part or All your deposit/damage bond being retained by us to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.

Theft of any item in the caravan or garden, big or small will result in Part or All your Deposit/Damage bond being retained to cover the cost of replacement Item(s). _____________________________________________________________________

You Must Ensure That :
All heaters in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
All gas appliances in the lounge and kitchen,
All sink taps and shower in the bathroom and kitchen,
All fans in the toiler and bathroom,
Are all turned off before you vacate the caravan at the end of your holiday. If they are found to have been left on when we carry out our inspection, it will result in Part or All of your deposit/damage bond being retained by us to cover the cost of the extra gas and electricity used, and to repair any water damage.

Any damage done to items that have been hired by yourself or your party will also result in Part or All of your deposit/damage bond being retained to cover the cost of repair or replacement.

Please note that the following are not permitted:

• Fireworks
• ChineseLanterns

• Candles
• Pets
Please do not disconnect the TV, DVD, Sky box.

Bed Linen and Towels are provided but Tea Towels, Toilet Paper and Kitchen Rolls are not. _____________________________________________________________________

Your full balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before commencement of your holiday.
If no balance payment is received within 6 weeks of commencement of your holiday we will re-let the caravan and it will result in the loss of your deposit/damage bond. _____________________________________________________________________
No Reminder will be sent to your after your cutoff date.
It is your responsibility to send your payment within the time allowed.
If you have a late booking, the balance clause does not apply. _____________________________________________________________________
If you cancel within 4 weeks of your holiday, it will result in the loss of all monies paid, including your deposit/damage bond.

The caravan will be available from 2.30 pm on the day of arrival (certain exceptions apply)
All parties must vacate the caravan by 10.20am on the day of departure. _____________________________________________________________________
We the owners and our representatives reserve the right to gain access to the caravan to carry out any repairs necessary at a time agreed.

Any changes made to the booking after the deposit has been received will incur a fee of £20, which will be added to your balance.

Our caravan is strictly No Smoking and No Vaping

If any smoking/vaping related damage is caused by any member of your party, no matter how big or small, Part or All of your deposit/damage bond will be retained to cover costs of repairs. _____________________________________________________________________

We the owners accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to your families or friends belongings whilst using the caravan and its garden. We the owners accept no responsibility for any injury whilst using the caravan, ramp and its garden.
