2 double bedrooms and a pull out double bed in the spacious lounge, A large lounge with dining area with a modern fitted kitchen with plenty of storage, and an air frier is available. Wooden flooring throughout the lounge area.

Private car parking for 1car, outside light, and a small patio and large grassed area to side. Lounge has a smart 42 inch TV and PS4 games console, a 26" tv in the main bedroom with a good assortment of DVD movies. A 2min walk to the main resort ameinities, approx 600m from the beach.

Only a 20 min drive to the Royal Mint experience at Llantrisant, a 50 min drive to the Gower Peninsula and a 30 min drive to the capital city of Cardiff

A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to book the caravan with the balance to be paid 2 weeks before arrival, a £50 refundable security bond is also payable which will be returned after inspection of the caravan if everything is in order.

All payments must be by bank transfer.

The principle guest must be over 25yrs old, no all male or female groups are allowed, smoking is strictly forbidden and pets are not allowed under any circumstances.

Charging of electric vehicles is strictly forbidden, charging points are available if required in the main carpark a 2 min drive away.

Passes are not included in the cost of hire but can be purchased from owners select during your stay. Hire cost includes gas, electric, tea towels, Iron and board, hair drier and bedding with the beds made up prior to arrival.
