1) Find our set dates and prices by clicking the 'Check Availability' button. We do seven night bookings, Saturday to Saturday only.
2) If you would like to make a booking, please click the 'Enquire' button to send us an email. In your message please provide the dates (Sat-Sat) and how many adults over 21 / ages of children / type of dogs.

This beautiful caravan to let on Haven’s Perran Sands Holiday Park, is located at the end of Kernow View, It was purchased new in 2016 and is just a short walk to the sand dunes and pathway down to the beautiful beach.

The front door leads onto a large deck that provides areas to relax or socialise outside with loved ones. It’s gated and has ramp access, which makes it easier for guests with limited mobility. Parking is available next to the ramp.

Lounge/Dining Area
The open space here is modern and light, the fixed seats allow people to sit back and relax while there’s a pull-out double sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations should you wish. Also, within the lounge there is a 32″ TV with HDMI, USB & DVD and a Bluetooth speaker system, a contemporary wall mounted gas fire and on the opposite side of the living area is complete with an additional dinette and seating space.

Kitchen
This kitchen contains all the appliances you should need, including a stovetop, microwave, and fridge with an ice box.

Master Bedroom
The double bed will give you a comfortable night’s sleep with plenty of storage space.

Twin Room x 2
There are two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed.

Shower Room
The shower room contains a shower, an extractor fan, hand basin and a toilet.

Separate WC
Includes a sink and toilet.

Outside
Parking is available for 2 cars on the grass.

Guests take their own bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, tea towels and dish cloths (Kindly note the beds are only made up for the photos)

Entertainment Passes: If your family would like to use the swimming pools, children's club, leisure and entertainment facilities at Perran Sands, you will need to purchase Haven's Play Passes. These can be arranged online before arrival or possibly on arrival in Haven's main reception subject to their availability at the time. Haven's information and pass prices can be found on their website.

Please note passes are not required to use the shops, restaurants and facilities such as the Crazy Golf and Go-Kart hire. We do not know for certain which of the park facilities will be available - our prices are for the hire of the caravan and include free water, gas and electricity.

How to Book: In the first instance, please contact us with the party details to confirm availability. A non-refundable deposit of £200.00 payable by bank transfer is required to secure a break of seven nights or less. The remaining balance would be payable eight weeks prior to the arrival date. Payments are made by bank transfer.

Left As Found / Key and Damage Deposit: One week before the arrival date, we also require the extra Left As Found / Key & Damage Deposit of £200.00. This amount will be returned within a few days of departure if the caravan has been left as found, clean and tidy as found with no breakages. Payment can also be made by bank transfer.

Please note third-party subletting by holiday management / lettings companies is not permitted. There must be one person aged 21 or above in your party.

Placed among high dunes, Perran Sands has a distinctive look and feel...

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
