Lotus, occupies an elevated sunny plot on the second row of Bay Hollow, with magnificent views over Poole Harbour. The caravan is elegant,  luxurious and furnished to a high standard. It is double-glazed, centrally heated and has a front veranda. Ideally suited for two to four occupants and well-behaved dogs are welcome. From the door, it is a short walk to all amenities and downhill to the lovely sandy beach with café and water sports (charges apply on-site).  Parking for one car. 

With breathtaking views across Poole Harbour, Rockley Park is set in some of the most beautiful surroundings you could imagine.  Who needs to go abroad with a beautiful setting like this available right here?  It is ideal for holidays or short breaks to the Dorset coast. Rockley Park offers plenty to do for all ages.  Everything you could want for a fantastic break in Dorset by the sea.

Enjoy a family holiday with activities such as a game of Crazy Golf or a swim at the indoor or outdoor pools and then some lunch or dinner at the Harbourside restaurant or Mash n Barrell, rounding off the day with entertainment in the LiveLounge. (Please note that play passes are not included in our prices which are required to use Haven's entertainment and activities- not required for the bar and restaurants). 

If it’s a romantic break you're after Lotus offers you a peaceful retreat where you can relax and enjoy a meal or a drink on the veranda.  The choice is yours!

The well-equipped kitchen has a full-sized cooker with grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and cupboards together with an extensive range of cutlery, crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils.

A dining table and breakfast bar provide plenty of space for mealtimes. The lounge/diner is bright with a large sofa and a coffee table. There is a 43" flat screen TV/DVD, and electric coal effect fire.

Lotus has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an additional bedroom with 2 single beds.  All have wardrobe space for your clothing.  There is a toilet and shower room.  It has double glazing and central heating throughout (gas and electricity included in the hire price). 

Lotus, like most of our caravans, is dog friendly. There will be no extra charge for your dog, providing no damage is done and no extra cleaning is required. Please let us know when booking if you would like to bring your dog as conditions apply.

If you bring your dog, there are many great walks locally, including over Ham Common where there is an Osprey Observation Point, over to Lake Pier and along the beach back up the cliff in a circular walk.  There is also Hamworthy Park just a five-minute drive and Upton Country Park (park by Lidl and walk back through the railway bridge and in through the gate) has acres for you to stroll through.

Play passes that give access to Haven activities and facilities are not included in our prices which are for the caravan hire only.  If required these can be purchased from Haven reception on arrival.  During the winter months, there are no entertainment, activities and facilities available on site. Note Play passes are not required for Haven's bar, restaurants and arcade (when available) but are needed for the entertainment and activities such as the swimming pools.

The park facilities include:

Sandy beach with cafe. Many water sports for hire and lessons available! (Charges apply).

Bike hire is available on-site. Also, electric bikes can be hired.

Indoor pool with splash zone, grotto, heated outdoor pool, crazy golf, tennis courts, climbing wall, trampolines, slot machines bars and restaurants.

Several takeaway restaurants (Papa John's Pizza delivers to your park home, as do local Chinese and Indian restaurants).

There is daytime entertainment for kids and evening entertainment which is first class with many good star acts. (Please note this is organised and controlled by park owners, Haven, and as such, we have no control over what is available at any time.  During the winter months (November until the middle of March nothing is provided by Haven)

Local Attractions

Locally there are too many attractions to list but with Beautiful Blue flag beaches and attractions like the Tank Museum, Monkey World, Farmer Palmers, Paulton's Park (Pepper Pig World), Adventure Wonderland Park, Marwell Zoo and much more. Poole Quay is a must.  Visit on Tuesdays during the summer season to see hundreds of motorbikes at 6 pm for show judging. Tower Park is just up the road with a cinema complex, bowling attractions & restaurants.

Buses are frequent from the park to Poole at half-hour intervals.

The Jurassic coastline is a wonder in itself just to walk along!

£100 non-refundable deposit to confirm the reservation. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.  No refund once the balance is paid if cancelled or no show less than 60 days prior to arrival. Instalments are accepted but the total amount must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.

Dogs are welcome and there will be no additional charge, however, any extra cleaning or damage must be paid for. Dogs are not permitted if they are on the dangerous breeds register and they must not be left in the caravan unattended (park rules). Haven also insists that dogs are kept on a lead in the park and you must pick up after your dog. Dogs must be kept off the furniture especially when muddy. There is a tap outside for showering down. Dogs must be treated for and free of parasites.

Please leave the caravan as you would expect to find it.

No single-sex groups/Hen or Stag parties (park rule).
