A humble and homely caravan, with sea view and located only 15 yards from the seafront.
We are mother and daughter co-owners, our caravan being our home-from-home. We include a welcome basket of goodies, kitchen/bathroom essentials supplied, plus extra decor for a personalised touch - all for your convenience. We aim to give a peaceful and private escape to Hopton's lovely area.
The caravan is situated for easy beach access and long walks along the Hopton cliffs. It is a quieter area, yet still close to the site's main complex.

This is refunded after stay, if caravan is left in satisfactory condition. Deposit charge is seperate from holiday price.
- Full balance is to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
- Arrival time after 2pm.
This is to allow time for cleaning.

- Please no pets, no smoking and no charging electric vehicles.
- Park activities can booked by guests through the Haven app. Entertainment passes can be purchased through Haven also, we do not provide these.
- Caravan is to be left as found, also we are not repsonsible for lost property.

Heated Swimming Pools, Football Coaching, Crazy Golf, and Kid's Clubs all available Hopton gives you more than enough to keep even the most energetic of children occupied.
Pop into Great Yarmouth or stay onsite and improve your game with Tennis and Golf coaching. And then end the day relaxing with a night time filled with shows, music and dancing. Visit the Sea Life Centre in Great Yarmouth, get a breathtaking glimpse of a secret underwater world or take a trip to Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park near Lowestoft where there is plenty of adrenalin fuelled thrills, fun family rides and wonderful shows.
