4 Berth, 2 bedroom fully equipped caravan with enclosed veranda. Less than a minutes walk to a pet friendly beach. Our van is finished to a very high standard making it a home from home for both our human and 4 legged friends.

The caravan boasts a warm and welcoming lounge. The doors and many windows ensure lots of natural light in the living space ensuring a spacious feel. There is ample seating thanks to the chunky wrap around sofas, set around the gas fire and TV unit. There is a large LED SMART TV and Blu-ray/DVD player. In van Wi-fi is also included.

In the opposite corner sits L-shaped, chunky seating which wraps around the rectangular dining table, which has two extra stools. It’s a comfortable and family friendly space for enjoying a meal.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need including Toaster, Kettle, Dulce Gusto Coffee Machine, Microwave, Fridge-Freezer, Double Gas Oven and Grill, Air Fryer & Food Steamer. All cutlery and dishes included.  The kitchen splits up the holiday home with the lounge to the front and bedrooms and bathroom to the back.

There are two bedrooms. The main double bedroom has handy bedside tables, and a wardrobe which provide plenty of space for your holiday clothes. There is also a wall mounted heater in this room.  The twin room is great for children or guests, and has a single wardrobe, drawer storage and a handy shelf above the beds.

The newly refurbished family shower room  has a shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. The added vanity unit and under-sink cabinet gives ample storage too

There is also a large veranda with outside seating and your own private car space right next to the caravan making unloading and loading your vehicle very quick and easy. There is an electric george forman BBQ for use too.

*Price includes Bedding, Electricity, Gas, Water Usage and Wi-Fi. Refurbished throughout in 2020 and all Double Glazed Windows replaced Oct 2021.

The Caravan is on Sealands Caravan Park, Ingoldmells PE25 1JU. The (dog friendly) beach and promenade are less than a minutes walk from the caravan. Fantasy Island is a 10-15minute walk away. Skegness Town Centre is 20mins Car/Bus jorney or a nice 60min walk along the promenade and beach. The caravan park has a shop on site that also has washing and drying facilities. The Sealands Bar and Entertainment Club is conveniently situated across the road from the caravan park entrance. 

The £75 that is used to hold the booking will also act as your security deposit. This will be returned once the caravan has been cleaned and checked on the day of your departure. The £75 will not be returned if:

~ You cancel your booking less than 6 weeks before the date of your stay

~ There is damage to or loss from the caravan and its contents

~ The keys and key fobs are not returned

No Hen/Stag Parties. Our caravan is primarily for use by families/friends and their 4 legged friends to spend some quality time at the seaside and surrounding areas.

We openly welcome well behaved dogs to stay at the caravan. We just ask that they are not left in the van alone unless in a crate.

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the caravan.

Electric/Hybrid cars cannot be charged via electrical outlets in the caravan. They fuse the electrics in the van and it also against the park rules. Anyone caught violating the rules face eviction by the park and will not have their security bond returned. 

Sealands caravan park at Ingoldmells is at the far edge of the Butlins complex, with Fantasy Island theme park in close proximity as well as the famous outdoor markets. The site enjoys direct beach access and there is also an on-site shop.
