Welcome to my caravan here on dyffryn seaside estate.

A beautiful luxury modern caravan with very spacious interior comprising of

Lounge  area with electric fire and TV /DVD with Freeview.

Separate dining area 

fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave,fridge freezer, toaster, electric kettle, iron and board, vacuum cleaner, crockery and utensils. Bathroom with shower, toilet and basin plus ensuite with toilet and basin.

Very spacious master bedroom with King size bed, tv/dvd , hairdryer and en-suite. 

Second bedroom with twin single beds.

All beds have mattress protectors, and pillow protectors.

There is a large outside decking area  (12ft x26 ft) with sofa and chairs, lovely gas fire pit , egg chair and hot tub (high season) with beautiful mountain views.

A large patio area with table chairs parasol and gas barbecue.

Also  two sunloungers.

There is ample car park space.

Electric and Gas included. Duvets and pillows provided.

You will need to bring your own bed linen , towels and tea towels.

A £150 non refundable deposit is required when booking.

Full amount to be paid no less than 4 weeks prior to holiday.

A further £50 retention fee is required which will be refunded within 7 days of departure after caravan has been checked

The estate is beautifully situated near Harlech and Barmouth and it sums up Meirionnydd’s own proud motto, Tra Mor, Tra Meirion; betwixt sea and mountain.

Two miles of magnificent beach, mostly sand, offers joy to kiddies and adults alike. The Estate greets you with an immediate sense of release and space; 800 acres of it, all level and much pleasantly planted with trees. To these natural endowments has been added every modern facility.

The Sea on one hand, the mountains on the other, Dyffryn is always beckoning to someone.

Parents can keep an eye on their children on the magnificent open shore, where the sand spreads as far as you can see.

The Estate’s fine health & leisure complex encloses a lovely mosaic swimming pool of mediterranean blue.

The Dolphin’s and greek key designs are based on those of spain, the pool is just part of the facilities which include sauna, steam room and spa bath.
