Welcome to our 3 Bedroom Deluxe Holiday Home at Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village.
 

Located in a quiet area of the caravan park on Mendip Close being surrounded by a large grass area, perfect for children.

The Holiday Home benefits from Double Glazing & Central Heating. There is a modern equipped kitchen with cooler/hob, under counter fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, saucepans & cutlery.

All three bedrooms have wardrobes / storage. The main bedroom has an en-suite with WC & Wash Basin.  

Mattress & Pillow Protectors are on all mattress & pillows, we ask these are not removed. Pillows & Duvets (1x king size, 4 x singles) are provided for all 3 bedrooms.

Guests are required to provide their own bedding & towels. 

To Secure your Booking, we require a £25.00 (Non-Refundable) Deposit. A £75.00 Security Bond will be required & payable with the Final Balance which is 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date.

Should the balance not be paid, we reserve the right to cancel the holiday and the deposit will be non-refundable.

The Security Bond will be returned within 7 days after check-out date providing the Holiday Home has been left clean, tidy & damage free.
