Welcome to our 3 Bedroom Deluxe Holiday Home at Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village.
Located in a quiet area of the caravan park on Mendip Close overlooking a large grass area, perfect for children and within a short walk to the fishing lake…. Perfect for those fishing days!
The Holiday Home is a ABI Horizon 2023 & benefits from a large spacious gated secure decking with Ratten Furniture, Double Glazing & Central Heating. There is a modern equipped kitchen with gas cooker, 3/4 size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, saucepans & cutlery.
The Living Area / Dining Area is spacious with fixed seating .... perfect for families.
There is a spacious bathroom with Shower, WC, Wash Hand Basin & plenty of storage space. There is also an additional WC in the hallway.
All three bedrooms have wardrobes / storage space.
Pillows & Duvets (1x double, 4 x singles) are provided for all 3 bedrooms. Guests are required to provide their own bed linen & towels.
Mattress & Pillow Protectors are on all mattresses & pillows, we ask these are not removed.

To Secure your Booking, we require a £25.00 (Non-Refundable) Deposit. A £75.00 Security Bond will be required & payable with the Final Balance which is 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date.
Should the balance not be paid, we reserve the right to cancel the holiday and the deposit will be non-refundable.
Play Passes are NOT included & may be purchased on-line from Haven prior to arrival.
