The Gap, East Runton, Cromer, Norfolk (Ref.106341)

This is a lovely, bright caravan, perfect or families and couples and has always been let on a pet free basis. We will consider weekend or mid-week breaks of three or four days. (Please contact for further information).

This caravan sleeps up to six and has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a double and the second bedroom can be configured as a double or a twin. The generous living area seating contains a pull out double sofa bed allowing up to six to sleep.  There is parking either side of the caravan, which leaves more room for use of the tables and chairs and bbq (provided) for al fresco dining and a play space for children. There is also a small balcony to the side for sitting and enjoying the sea view.

There is a Freeview LED TV  and a dvd player. Internet access is provided on site for a charge by Caravan Connect. 

For your use, chairs, tables, windbreak, bbq and beach toys are in a storage box outside,

We also provide two fold up chairs that can be taken to the beach to enjoy the long summer days as well as a cool bag, ice packs and a picnic rug that can be used for days out.

The site enjoys direct access to the beach and the off site shops and pubs in East Runton are a short walk away. Harry's sports bar (formerley Bernie's) in the village, provides live entertainment, karaoke as well as bingo a couple of times a week. 

The bathroom consists of a toilet, shower cubicle and wash basin. Heating is by gas fire, an electric radiator and small panel heaters in the bedrooms and the bathroom. The kitchen includes a cooker, oven, fridge with freezer box, microwave, toaster and kettle. An iron and small table top ironing board are also included, the site laundry room is equipped with a large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board. 

Duvets and pillows are provided as part of your booking. Bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee. Please ask at time of booking.

A *50% refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due six weeks before your arrival date. Receipt of the deposit serves as confirmation of your booking. A £50 refundable (subject to terms and conditions) damage/housekeeping deposit is required with the balance. The damage/housekeeping deposit will  be returned on your day of departure following  housekeeping confirmation that the Caravan has been left in good order.

*Enjoy a 5% discount on the whole booking by making payment in full at the time of booking. Credit/debit cards accepted. This discount will not apply to bookings made less than six weeks in advance of arrival date. The deposit is refundable less a £50 admin fee up to 6 weeks before yor arrival date. Cancellations must be confirmed by email.

Payments can be made by BACS transfer or secure debit/credit card payment. Immediate receipt for all payments will be sent by email or text message.

Check in is from 3.30pm on your day of arrival and departure on your last day is by 10am. Early check in may be possible (but not guaranteed) by prior arrangement for a fee. Please ask for details.
