This stunning Tuscany style lodge is set in the tranquil grounds of Chichester Lakeside Holiday Park. The park boosts 10 fishing lakes, for the enthusiastic fisherman. close to the historic town of Chichester,mother local places nearby to explore are Bognor Regis, The Witterings, Portsmouth, South Downs, Brighton, Arundel Castle and Goodwood racecourse to name a few. This is a great place to unwind, relax and explore what West Sussex has to offer. 

Recently decorated and re-carpeted in neutral tones and extremely tastefully furnished, the lodge feels light, airy and welcoming, it has all you need so all you have to do is arrive with clothes and food. 

A fully equipped open plan kitchen, diner and lounge awaits you, equipped with all the modern amenities you could want including: microwave, gas oven/hob, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble drier, iron, ironing board, clothes airer.

There are electricity charging points on the park situated by the clubhouse.  To use the charges scan the QR code or pay be card.  There is a £1.00 connection charge and the cost per KW is £0.55.

A non-refundable £100 deposit is required to secure any bookings, please note the deposit is non-refundable should you fail to arrive, unless you cancel your booking giving minimum 2 weeks notice.

Any remaining balance is required no later than 2 weeks before start of holiday.

holidays booked 2 weeks or less of start date are to be paid in full at time of booking.

A refundable £75 damages deposit is also required on all bookings (due with balance) which will be refunded once lodge has been cleaned and expected.  Gas/electricity/water and WIFI is included in the holiday price, although extreme excessive use may affect your damage deposit. 

Check-in 3pm onwards of arrival date (key box located at the lodge) code for key box will be given to you the day before your arrival

Check-out 10am on day of departure.

Located just outside the historic town of Chichester, West Sussex, this holiday park probably has more water than land! This means 10 large fishing lakes set in over 150 acres of beautiful Sussex countryside, yet positioned only a few miles from the beach, and the traditional seaside resort of Bognor Regis.

The entertainment centre boasts a fantastic bar with an outdoor terrace overlooking the lake. It has a range of dining options, and is a great place for meeting other holiday guests on this scenic park. It's also adjacent to a heated outdoor swimming pool so close enough for a refreshing dip between beverages.

The park is also handily situated just 15 minutes from (amongst other venues) Chichester Golf Club so golfers should be happy. There's also historic Arundel Castle and Harbour Park Amusements to explore nearby. Or should you enjoy a trip to the beach, you’ve a pleasant drive to the Blue Flag beach at West Wittering or the popular south coast resort of Brighton.
