Situated in the heart of Tattershall Lakes Country Park, our pet friendly caravan offers a perfect retreat amidst nature's beauty.

 8 Berth lodge with decking situated in a cul-de-sac, facing the river Bain. 5 minutes walk to the main facilities. Would be ideal viewing location for the beautiful aircraft flying over from RAF Coningsby.

This cozy caravan features double glazing and central heating, ensuring warmth and comfort throughout your stay

Accommodation:  Retreat to one of the three bedrooms, comprising one double and two twin rooms, accommodating up to eight guests. Additional sleeping space is available with a double sofa bed in the lounge.  All bedrooms have a Smart TV.

Entertainment: Unwind in the spacious lounge area, equipped with a Freeview TV; perfect for cozy nights in with loved ones.

Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, allowing you to enjoy home-cooked comforts during your holiday.

Parking: Convenient parking is available for up to two cars, with one designated space next to the caravan and an additional space on the grassy area.

Comfort: We strive to ensure a seamless experience for our guests by providing all bedding and bed linen for your stay, allowing you to relax and unwind from the moment you arrive.

Payment: A £100 deposit is required upon booking. Full payment must be received 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Access: A code will be provided in the week leading up to your arrival.

Bookings are non transferable.  All bookings must be made by the lead booker who must be over 18 and will be taking part in the booking.  Only guests named on the booking form are allowed to stay.

The damage deposit will be refunded, after a full check has been taken, within 1 day after you have vacated provided there is no damage.

Smoking or Vaping is not permitted inside the caravan.

Up to 2  dogs are allowed in the caravan but please not in the bedrooms. They must be declared on the booking form.  All dogs must wear a collar and identity tag and be kept on a lead at all times around the park.  No “dangerous breeds” allowed on park.

It is forbidden to charge electric cars at the caravan due to danger of fires. Charging points are available in the main car park.

Fireworks are not allowed on site due to the proximity of RAF Coningsby.  For the same reason, flying of kites or drones is not allowed.

We are not responsible for any personal loss or injury, however caused or sustained to any person or vehicle.

We understand that sometimes accidents happen!  Should you break or damage anything please let us know so it can be replaced before the next guests – if it's minor we usually won't charge.  If it's a larger issue (eg the TV screen) we need details for our insurance and it will need to be paid for by agreement.

All electrical appliances have undergone annual safety checks.  Use of your own electrical items is at your own risk.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within:

4 weeks of arrival – 20% refund

4 to 6 weeks before arrival 50% refund

6 to 8 weeks before arrival 70% refund

More than 8 weeks before arrival Full refund

If we have to cancel for any reason – full refund

Tattershall Lakes Country Park is a superb family leisure and holiday centre, sat in beautiful woods, lakes and parklands in the heart of Lincolnshire.

It offers all you and your family may need for a relaxing or active holiday, whether it be for a day out, a long weekend, or your annual holiday.

The park offers a range of activities from jet skiing, water skiing, swimming pool, fishing, golfing, speed boating, restaurant, clubhouse, spa facility and childrens play area. Beautiful walks around this 350 acre country park. The ideal spot from which to tour the Lincolnshire countryside and seaside.
