Clean, comfortable and very well equipped, no 78 The Gap has 2 bedrooms, one double, and one with twin beds (no bunks), a shower room, kitchen area containing fridge freezer, microwave, wine cooler, slow cooker, toaster, gas oven and hob. Large corner seating/dining area with TV and DVD. New double glazed windows and doors throughout. Hairdryer provided. Laundry facilities on site (coin operated). Outside decking with table and 2 chairs, storage box containing wind break, Beach chairs, buckets, spades, feel free to use anything. Parking right outside the caravan. Award-winning East Runton Beach just 200m away from which you can walk one direction to West Runton, or other way to Cromer. Just five minutes from caravan you are in the village of East Runton with well stocked shop (also newspapers and cash back), The Fishing Boat which has a lovely beer garden at rear, and Wills fish and chip shop, Harry's Sports Bar recently opened with the hugest TV screen, great for watching big events like football and rugby. The completely refurbished White Horse restaurant/bar serves the most amazing food with music and occasional celebrity appearances! Smithy's Street Food is also available most evenings 4-7 at the entrance to the site.

One double duvet, two single duvets and four pillows provided. Please bring own covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels for shower, beach and tea towels. Mattress covers changed between each hire.
WiFi is available on The Gap through Camping Connect (extra cost) though 4G signal is excellent. We are fully certified for Gas Safety (copy of certificate available in caravan), also fully compliant with Fire regulations, heat/smoke/carbon monoxide alarms all checked in between hires as you and your family's safety is important to us.
One well behaved doggie is welcome at this caravan. There is a large gated decking but please keep on a lead whilst walking throughout the site. There is a green field through the car park for exercising, or the beach is so close too.
This is a strictly non smoking or vaping caravan.

£100 Booking Deposit payable within 5 days of your booking to hold your dates. Final balance due 8 weeks before arrival date plus £50 breakage deposit returnable within 7 days of departure assuming caravan all in order. Please bring own bedding and towels. The Gap Caravan Site is located in a fantastic position, footsteps away from the beach, on the cliff tops of East Runton in North Norfolk, just over a mile away from Cromer town centre.
The park has remarkable views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Cromer pier, church and lighthouse can also be seen from most parts of the site. There is a slope opposite our entrance which goes straight down to East Runton's very own Blue Flag beach, leading to hours of fun to be had building sandcastles or searching for crabs in the rock pools at low tide. East Runton also offers two pubs, a Greek restaurant, Fish & Chips and a convenience shop. Within waking distance is the town of Cromer, with it's Blue Flag sandy beaches, famous pier, Church, numerous cafes and shops, museum, cinema and the end of pier 'Seaside Special' shows. There is also a train station which runs direct to the fine city of Norwich, which is 40 minutes away.
Sheringham, a short five minute drive away, is another busy seaside town. It has the 'Splash' Leisure Pool as well as beautiful gardens to see at Priory Maze and Gardens. There is also the opportunity to hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to take a ride to the Georgian town of Holt.
Whatever time of year you choose to holiday at Gap Caravan Park you are bound to find plenty to see and do and one thing is certain - one visit is never enough...
