The Gap, East Runton, Cromer, Norfolk (Ref.102664)

101 is a  very well presented caravan in immaculate condition with a great sea view. It is stylishly decorated and very well equipped & comfortable with everything you need.There is a gas stove/hob, fridge microwave, sufficient cutlery and crockery, tv/dvd, books and games.

Quilts and pillows are provided, all bedding is covered with protectors, we ask that you bring your own linen to put over our covers.

Electric cars must not be charged using the caravans electricity.

There is a coin operated laundry on site with washing line,  pegs and an iron supplied in the caravan. 

We have an outside tap to help with those sandy clothes/footwear, store with windshields & sunloungers, also chairs to take to the beach. The caravan is well lit at night & has a small table and chairs on the decking.

The caravan is strictly non smoking at all times.You will need to provide bed linen, towels and tea towels.There is a great laundry room with industrial machines only £4 per wash & £1 for 20 mins drying! 

The Gap site is just 300 mtrs from a lovely blue flag beach which, when the tide allows, you can walk to Cromer, Sheringham or Overstrand. In the village, again just 300 mtrs away there is a grocery store, 2 pubs, and a fish and chip shop.

There are lots of small coastal towns within easy reach either by car or on the excellent public transport. Norwich, a wonderful historic yet vibrant city is just 27 miles away.  North Norfolk is famous for its bird watching/breeding areas. Several locations offer boat trips to see the seals and of course there is the famous crabbing either on Cromers victorian pier or on the quayside at Wells-Next-The-Sea.

Visit the RNLI boat and museum in Cromer or take a nostalgic ride on the steam train from Sheringham to Holt where you can browse in the many boutique and antique shops or choose one of the popular restaurants or tearooms to rest those weary feet.

The Gap has optional Wi-Fi supplied by www.caravanconnect.co.uk for which there is a charge payable direct to caravanconnect.

Parking is available either at the rear of the caravan or alongside the deck.

Short breaks are available but will be charged at the full rate.

A non refundable £150 deposit will secure your booking with the balance required 8 weeks prior to arrival unless prior arrangements have been agreed..

All breakages must be either replaced or paid for.

Arrival time is 16.00 and departure 10.00

Please leave the caravan in a clean condition.
