TV, DVD, Bluetooth speaker system, Patio doors lead from the open plan lounge to a south facxing veranda complete with table and chairs.
In a prime location, close to all amenities, with parking close by.
A regular bus service connects the Park with the popular resorts of Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington.
Cayton Bay beach is close by, where even the smallest toddler can paddle and sand castle in complete safety
The Boathose Bar is your one stop sports bar, restaurant,with a great menu choice, it also houses the childrens soft play area
The Showbar presents fabulous entertainment 7 days a week,the talented Cayton Teamstars and visiting star acts,provide a different show every night, while Sparky and the Krew will become your childrens best friends.
Our short breaks Mon/Fri, Fri/ Mon are available outside of the main July/Aug holiday period, these Mini Holidays are a ideal oppertunity to sample the delights of this family friendly Park
Passes for the entertainment complex, swimming pool etc are £36 per short break and £60 per week, this fee provides you with up to 6 passes
There is no extra charge for travel cots or high chair.

The perfect setting for a memorable family holiday, there's something for everyone at this lively park. The beach is nearby, the indoor waterworld offers hours of splashing fun with fountains, waterjets and a slide, while an all weather sports court means fun and games for all the family. Kids are well catered for with Sparky's Krew providing a range of activities for 5–11s. The Boathouse Bar, serving delicious meals, makes an ideal start to the evening before enjoying the dancing, competitions, shows and visiting cabaret at the Oasis Showbar.
Cayton Bay is a superb base for exploring the many sandy beaches and historic attractions of this beautiful area. Scarborough, Filey and the famous cliffs at Flamborough Head are all within an easy drive.
