White Acres Holiday Park near Newquay Cornwall, which is run by parkdean, White Acres is a 4* park set in 184 acres of beautiful countryside with 12 tranquil fishing lakes which is perfect for the angler or holiday makers alike.
Caravan and location
Our caravan is a Wilerby Expression which for the start of the 2025 season will have a complete refurbishment though out the caravan.The caravan is finished to a high standard in a modern design, benifitting from having double glazing and gas central heating, also with a modern featured remote control electric fire in the lounge.
Situated in an idylic location on the sort after location of Sycamore Forest in a south facing position and our holiday home has the benefits of having the sunshine from sunrise to sunset. The Tackle lodge & First Bite Cafe are only a short walk away. The location is not a cut through for traffic and only vehicles for the location.
Accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 double, very spacious with plenty of room around the double bed, bedside cabinets, wall mounted TV and walk-in wardrobe with vanity mirror and dressing area. 1twin room, with wardrobe and cupboard space.
The main living area is of a large lounge, with plenty of natural light via large windows with 2 free standing sofa's 1 is a large 2 seater and the other is a good size 3 seater which contains a double pull out sofa bed. Coffee table and several side tables, electric wall mounted log burner effect heater along with large double radiator.The caravans vaulted ceilings through out for the feeling of extra space, there's a good sized TV, with free sat and free view channels and DVD Player. This has double patio doors leading out onto the South facing self contained decking for eating elfresco or sitting out in the evening watching the glorious sunsets.
Away from the lounge is an open plan dinning area with 4 comfy high back chairs along with a dining table leading on to a fully fitted & equipped kitchen with all the mod cons including a full size fridge freezer along with oven & separate grill, hob, extractor fan and all other ameneties expected in a modern kitchen.
Bathroom consists of a large shower with thermostatic shower mixer, wash basin with below storage cupboard and W/C.
Parking beside our caravan leading to composite decking area to the side entrance and storage area.Large green metal storage shed with garden furniture which can be used by guests, this is unlocked and should you wish to use for fishing equipment or other outdoor items please take your own long shanke padlock to secure and remove when leaving.
We are looking to have WI-FI installed this year which will be an additional charge if you require this. With the free sat you can connect your own sky box and still enjoy all the channels you have at home.
You will struggle to find a holiday home of this high standard and position on the park.

We charge a security bond of £150 to cover the eventuality of any damage or breakages. Our cleaner takes videos before and after a stay to confirm this.
Securing your holiday a £100.00 deposit is required with in 7 Days of making your booking (which is non refundable)Then the final payment is due 8 weeks before your arrival date, all payments are to be made via online banking for yours and our security. These details will be provided if a booking is confirmed.

We would appreciate if you have an accident make a mess or something that requires a cleaner you make us aware. If this is discovered after you vacate your will forfite your security bond.Cleaning equipment is left in the caravan for you to use.
