Our 3 bedroom pet friendly Carnaby Accord holiday caravan for hire on Dawlish Sands Holiday Park in Devon, is fully central heated throughout and includes Free Wi-Fi.  The perfect base for exploring the local area including the English Riviera, Exmoor, Dartmoor, Exeter and the South Devon Coast.

The caravan features a large lounge/diner, well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with WC, a separate WC and three bedrooms - 1 double, 2 twin

Within the lounge is a 32" Smart TV (with access to Amazon Prime TV) along with a feature gas fire. We also include Google Assistant (the Google equivalent of Alexa) giving you up-to-date information for your stay, including the daily weather forecast.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, 4 ring gas hob, full sized gas oven/grill and a fridge/freezer, along with all the crockery, cutlery, glasses and saucepans you may need for eight people. There is also a basic first aid kit supplied.

The bedrooms comprise of one double and two twin bedded rooms, all of which have a wardrobe and storage. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge area. 

All bedding and bed linen is supplied for the 6 main beds - guests are required to bring their own for the sofa bed.

The bathroom has a shower, sink vanity unit and WC. There is also a separate WC with hand basin.

We provide towels for internal use in the caravan.

There is a dedicated parking space next to the caravan for one car. Additional vehicles can be parked free of charge by reception

A welcome pack including the essentials (bread, milk, tea, coffee) will be waiting for you.

We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs to our pet friendly accommodation.

Sorry, NO smoking or vaping allowed in the caravan.

NO Stag or Hen parties allowed.

Access to the Clubhouse bar/restaurant, sun terrace and entertainment is included.  Please note this is a quieter site with no kids club although plenty to do nearby

To access the on-site swimming pool you will need a Park Pass. These are NOT included, but can be purchased from the site office and are sold subject to Park Holidays’ terms and conditions.

Check-in from 3pm. Check-out by 10am or later by arrangement if new guests not arriving that day

2,3 & 4 night breaks available but not during school holidays

Please check availability by emailing info@astralityholidays.co.uk.  You will then be asked to complete the booking form and secure your booking with a deposit as below.

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your dates. This is calculated on the total holiday price as follows:

Holidays up to £299 -                       £ 75
Holidays between £300 and £499 - £ 85
Holidays between £500 and £999 - £100
Holidays of £1,000 and over -         £200

The balance must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

You may pay in monthly installments, provided the last payment is received at least 4 weeks before your holiday.

We accept payments via bank transfer.
