A beautiful and spacious home from home caravan situated a 10 minute walk to the beach. 

Our beautiful and well cared for 4 berth caravan provides a clean and spacious home from home to enjoy a much needed break.

The master bedroom has a new very comfortable mattress with large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space.
There is a tv with freeview.

This bedroom has a large en suite bathroom with toilet and shower which also has an access door to the main part of the caravan. 

There is also a separete toilet with wash basin

The twin room as 2 single beds and a built in wardrobe. 

In the spacious open plan living area there is a double pull out bed from the sofa.

It has a 48 inch tv with freeview.

The dining table can easily fit 4 around too.

The kitchen has a large spotless oven and 4 ring gas stove. A fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster make it perfect to cook any meals. 

The decking is gated and secure, with patio table and chairs that gets the sun almost all day, perfect for unwinding!

Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms fitted and maintained. 

Although the caravan has central heating there is also  gas fire in the living area 

At the side of the caravan is a hard standing parking bay and outside lighting. 

All bed duvets and pillows are provided but you will need your own towels and bed linen.

Rental Booking Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Contract

The contract is for a short-term holiday rental of the above property made between the client and the owner john Frearson and clare merriman that from such time that the booking is made inclusive of all the following conditions.

By making a booking the client contracts on behalf of himself/herself and all those in his/her party and represents that he/she has the authority to accept these conditions on behalf of and binding upon all guests in his/her party.

Bookings are accepted on the understanding that the property is taken for holiday purposes only and that, the number of people within the property is limited to that entered on the booking form, which includes babies as they are still classed as a person, for example and 4 berth holiday home means 4 persons inc babies, even if they are sleeping in a travel cot and that the lead person on the booking form understands that at if any time exceeds the maximum occupancy of the above holiday accommodation can be asked to leave the site with their holiday being cut short with no refund given and if the clients are causing any kind of anti-social behaviour which at no time will be tolerated.

Pets are not permitted unless given permission from the owner before holiday commences. Where pets are accepted, there is a small charge, the client is responsible for any damage caused by their pet and liable to reimburse the owner for any replacement or repair where necessary, they must not allow pets on the furniture at any time or left unattended at anytime, the owner reserves the right to terminate the contract if the behaviour of the clients dog is considered unacceptable. When on or around the site dogs must be on lead at all times and clear up after their pet promptly, disposing of bagged waste in an exterior bin. There is a designated area set out for dogs on site.

Smoking is not permitted at any time within the property not even inside with your hand out of the window. If found smoking within the property you will be asked to vacate and your holiday cut short with no refund.

Care of the property  The client shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, pictures, fittings, and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of repair, condition, cleanliness and tidiness as at the commencement of the rental period. A bond is taken for each booking and will be returned to the client on day of departure once the van has been checked it’s been left clean tidy with no damage. The bond is set out at the beginning of each booking between the owner and the client. The van is checked on departure but the person checking is not a cleaner and is not responsible for cleaning up your mess, they are there to check for damage and how the van is left. There will be a charge taken off your bond for any mess left by yourself. If there is any problem on entry of van please contact the owner straight away so it can be rectified.

Breakages or damage The client is required to inform the owner of any damage or breakage in or around the property promptly so that it can be repaired and replaced for the next client. The client is bound to reimburse the owner for replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs where reasonably demanded by the owner for damage caused by the client.

Electrical goods Any electrical goods brought into the van yourself are your responsibility and the owner is not liable for any damages caused by your own electrical equipment.

Cancellation   Deposits are none refundable.  Any cancellation made 2 weeks prior to the clients departure, where the balance has been paid, will not get a refund unless the holiday can be re-let. No refund will be given at all if cancelled 24hrs prior to their departure. Any cancellations by yourself due to Covid illness will have to be proved.

Rules and Procedures Clients are required to observe the rules and familiarise themselves with procedures contained in the information folder provided within the property.

Liability

The owner of plot  is not liable for any loss or damage to any clients property or any property belonging to a member of the clients party howsoever caused.

The client or members of his/her party cannot hold the owner of Plot liable for any personal injury/death howsoever sustained where the owner have used reasonable skill and care; and/or where caused by the fault of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party, (including inadequate supervision of children); and/or where caused by an event that could not have been reasonably foreseen or avoided.

Caravan Holiday Park Information

North Shore Holiday Centre is situated just to the north of Skegness, and ideally located a short walk from the quiet northern beach. The complex, although easy to access from the A52 Skegness to Ingoldmells road, is located well within its own grounds, making the whole park very safe and ideal for families with young children.

To enhance your holiday break, licensed premises, food and leisure shops and children's play areas are provided.

The on-site Club provides seasonal entertainment and bingo along with meals and snacks for all the family.

Also offered is grass court tennis (weather permitting), mini golf, putting greens, other fun family games and a challenging 9 hole pitch and putt golf course open to all. There is a small charge for games and equipment for hire.
