Welcome to our newly advertised large 3 bedroom holiday Lodge situated at the Haven site, Hafan y mor in Pwllheli.  We have wonderful view of Cardigan Bay and the mountains beyond and the lodge is in wonderful condition.  There are two bedrooms with king size beds (one en-suite with shower) and one room with twin beds.  All rooms have wall mounted TVs. The twin bedroom TV has a DVD facility also. The bathroom (with a Jacuzzi bath) is Jack and Jill style accessible from the second king size bedroom and also from the hallway.  There is a seperate utility room with washer, sink and housing for the gas boiler.  The large lounge is furnished with a large 3 seater bed settee (unused) and there are two G Plan electric recliner armchairs.  There is a dining table and six dining chairs. The kitchen has a five ring gas hob and gas oven and grill and the fridge freezer has ice-making facility.  There is also a large dishwasher. Outside there is a large balcony with quality outdoor furniture to take advantage of the wonderful views.  We have our own reliable WiFi fitted and the TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is also a DVD player and radio.

 We make up all the beds for you so that you can start your holiday as soon as you arrive and we leave you a welcome pack of all the essential items you may need (tea, coffee, milk, butter, bread, sugar etc and a few goodies) and we provide a selection of toiletries but we would request that you bring your own towels (we provide tea towels). There is also a selection of seasonings and sauces if you want to use them.

We are happy to allow a small well behaved dog and we don't make an additonal charge. However. any damage done by dogs would have to be paid for as they are the full responsibility of the renters and the dog should not be left unattended.

There is hard standing parking for two cars. Please contact me to check if the dates you requiire are available either by text or email.  We have rarely rented out but have now decided to accept a few bookings because we are unable to visit as often as we used to.  It really is a wonderful comfy lodge to stay in and the views are stunning.

The Stables is a gated area and this makes it unaccessible for traffic unless you are actually staying here.  This makes for peace and safety where there are kiddies playing.

To book our lodge we request a £200 refundable deposit.  This will be repaid once inspection of the lodge is completed after you leave.  Our charge during peak season is between £200 and £250 per night depending on occupancy and we prefer bookings for 4 nights plus if possible.  Full and final payment is due six weeks before arrival and arrival time is around 12 noon to 1pm if possible and we ask that you leave no later than 5pm on your day of departure. However we will try to accomodate any times that may be more suitable for you.
