Situated Sea front on a peaceful part of the 5* Haven Hopton Holiday Village with breathtaking views. Only a short walk from the Entertainment complex and an stones throw away from the beautiful beach.

Lounge: TV, USB ports, Integral Radio/ blue tooth speakers in the ceilings, corner Sofa, large storage, electric fire, 1 coffee table, luxury carpet, (please take shoes off on all carpets) Patio doors to decking overlooking the sea.

Decking with Rattan patio set.

Kitchen/Dining room: Fridge/Freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Gas Cooker, Halogen Cooker, Microwave, toaster, cleaning items under sink, a full inventory of utensils etc, Tea Towels, free-standing table and four chairs.

Main Bedroom: Double bed with protector, overhead lights, LED wardroub light, hair dryer, Large TV , hoover, dressing table, wardrobes, ensuite with Bathroom, basin and bath with overhead shower,

Twin room: Mattress protectors on both beds, 3ft beds, wardrobe with draws, overhead lights, LED lighting, wall-mounted TV.

Living room Sofa bed.

Family Shower room: Toilet, Basin, Shower.

Pillows and mattresses all have protectors on. 

BRING YOUR OWN BEN LINEN, TOWELS/BEACH TOWELS).

Indoor pool and Outdoor Pool, Indoor has a Slide/Tube, plus many other activities for the children. Archery, Segway, Junior Segway, bug hunt, pond dipping, 9-hole golf. Haven's website will give you all the activities they offer.

Please note I do NOT PROVIDE PASSES, these can be purchased at the reception area, and the price quoted reflects this.

CAN YOU PLEASE TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF BEFORE WALKING ON ANY CARPET.

My caravan is left on Handover clean, tidy and checked, On departure please leave my caravan as you found it, any extra cleaning/breakages, missing items, and the deposit will be forfeit.

Upon signing the booking form or paying the full deposit you are confirming that you agree to all the following Terms & Conditions:

A. Restrictions:

1. The hirer accepting these terms must be at least 21 years old and listed on the electoral roll.
2. NO same sex groups – e.g., Stag and Hen parties. Family and friends same sex groups may be accepted upon request.
3. NO smoking anywhere inside the caravan.
4. NO pets

B. Deposit:

1. £100 deposit must be paid via bank transfer (details on booking form) within 2 days of signing and returning the booking form in order to confirm your booking. Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled.
2. Part deposits will not secure your booking and will not be returned.
3. In the event of cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
4. Your Deposit will be refunded within 3 days after the caravan has been checked by the owners, unless:
5. There has been a non-registered person staying in the caravan.
6. There has been smoking in the caravan.
7. The caravan is vacated after the check-out time.
8. There is any damage to the caravan or its contents.
9. Evidence of drug use.
10. The caravan has not been left in a clean and tidy condition.
11. If any safety equipment such as smoke alarms or fire extinguishers have been tampered with.

C. Remaining Balance:

1. The remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer (details on booking form) no later than 8 weeks before the arrival date. Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled and deposit lost.

D. Bookings:

1. Provisional bookings will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Full names and ages of all persons staying in the caravan are required at the time of booking for insurance purposes.
3. Each person listed on the booking form and your guest(s)/visitor(s) must be prepared to identify themselves to the park owners or their staff upon request and must comply with their reasonable requirements.
4. The hirer shall notify the caravan owners in writing with any changes to person(s) listed on the booking form at the earliest possible opportunity and in any event, prior to arrival at the holiday park.
5. Non-approved guests will be denied access to the caravan.
6. The hirer must give access to the holiday caravan as / when required to the caravan owners, holiday park owners and their staff / agents.

E. Cancellations:

1. Your booking will be cancelled if:

1) The full deposit is not received within 2 days of returning a signed copy the booking form.

2) The remaining balance is not received within 8 weeks of your arrival date.

b)    Booking cancellations must be made in writing and deposits will not be refunded.

c)   We reserve the right to refuse and / or terminate any existing booking at our own discretion. Any deposit already paid will be refunded.

d)    Your deposit will not be refunded unless the caravan owner is unable to provide the caravan for the booked period and is unable to provide an alternative date.

e)    Refunds will not be offered under any circumstances once hiring has commenced.

F. Damage / Loss of Property:

1. The hirer must inform the caravan owners within 12 hours of arrival of all defects, inventory shortages and/or breakages. Failure  to do so will result in you, the hirer being responsible.
2. Please report any accidents, losses or damages caused by you or your party as soon as possible.
3. Where the damage exceeds the £100 deposit then necessary action will be taken to seek full compensation.
4. In the event of loss of keys, you will be liable for the cost of replacement locks and keys.
5. The caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition upon check-out. Failure to do so may result in partial or complete of loss your deposit.

G. Use of equipment in the caravan:

1. You are agreeing to the safe use of all equipment in the caravan.
2. The caravan owner will not be considered liable for any injury caused by improper use of any equipment.
3. Faulty equipment must be reported immediately. You must not use any equipment you do not consider to be in perfect condition.

H. Insurance:

1. Names and Ages of all persons staying in the caravan are required in order to validate insurance.
2. Only named persons may stay in the caravan, otherwise any insurance claims will be invalid.

I. Eviction from the caravan:

You will be evicted from the caravan and your deposit will not be refunded in the event of:

1. Unreasonable behaviour by any of the guests.
2. Additional, unregistered guests being found in the caravan
3. Smoking in or damage to the caravan or any of its contents.
4. Pets being taken into the caravan.

M. Arrival & Departure Times:

1. Check in by 3pm
2. Check out by 10am
