Caravan Location: Rosebank B10, with 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 mins to main complex, shops, entertainment etc
Located at the 5 star award winning haven holiday caravan park in Filey North Yorkshire. This caravan comes with full wrap around decking and veranda, with rattan garden furniture with outside lighting for those evenings you decide to stay in and watch the sun set over the Sea having a nice glass of wine or two, in addition there is 50' plasma smart tv in living room with and 22’’ smart tv,s in all other bedrooms in addition there is a dish washer in case you want to have a day off from doing the dishes.. also state of the ark blue tooth surrounds system throughout caravan..
Each bedroom has cosy duvets and pillows with mattress protectors with professionally laundered linen supplied as standard. Beds will be made prior to your arrival and the start of your holiday. Private parking directly in front of this caravan with room for additional cars if required…
For your convenience there will be a supply of cleaning products under the sink also vacuum cleaner, mop & bucket, iron & ironing board.
please may i ask you to leave the caravan in the same condition as you found it. Please note you will be charged for any damage or cleaning required after inspection.
Our luxury holiday home can be booked for £50 deposit which is non-refundable.
Also, there is a £100 refundable security deposit for accidental damages, which will be added to the balance and will be refunded on departure.
This caravan is for hire from week to week Fri to Fri or Mon to Mon in peak season or short stay Mon to Fr or Fri to Mon
Caravan is Pet friendly for small dog only..£20

Whilst we understand accidents happen, please ensure that these are reported to myself or the person who collects the key, earlier the better so we can rectify the issue before the next guest arrives after you leave. Please note that any damages must be paid by you and will be billed directly to you, from me or haven or deducted from your £100 damage deposit if this covers the cost. This is strictly no smoking, evidence of this will result in you being billed for a costly deep clean.
Cancellations, refunds will only be given provided we can re book the caravan for the full price you paid, any difference will be covered by you, the remaining balance will be refunded. By booking with us via this web site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
