LOUNGE AREA

Sliding patio doors lead out to the wrap around decking.

The lounge has a large sofa and a snuggle arm chair, small coffee table and foot stool.

32 inch colour Smart TV and DVD player.

Free Unlimited WiFi.

Electric

Wall mounted electric fire with LED lighting effect.

KITCHEN AREA

Five ring gas hob with an electric oven and extractor.

Microwave.

Electric kettle and toaster.

Fridge freezer.

All cutlery, crockery, saucepans and cooking equipment/utensils provided.

Large cupboard to hang coats etc, also contains a large umbrella for guests use if unfortunately the weather brings rain.

THREE BEDROOMS

The two single rooms have two single beds in each room.

The smaller single has over bed cupboards and a single cupboard for clothing.

The larger single room has over bed cupboards with some shelving in between and a cupboard with drawers underneath.

Both rooms have small bedside tables in between the beds.

The double room has large cupboard, vanity unit with stool and mirror, double bed,bedside tables with drawers and over bed cupboards and shelves.

Ensuite toilet off the double bedroom.

All bedrooms have mirrors with electrical sockets.

Main bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet with mirrored bathroom cabinet.

HALLWAY

There you will find a cupboard that contains the boiler, hoover, large ironing board and cloths rack.

There are radiators in all rooms.

A hair dryer can be found in the double room, alongside a stash of emergency toiletries should any guests forget anything.

DECKING

The wrap around decking can be secured with a key to prevent any little ones from going wandering.

There is a patio table and Six reclining chairs so one can relax in the sun as well as sit at the table.

There is a further small bistro table and chairs.

The decking area is perfect for the sea view and views of the Dartmouth steam train, which at Christmas is transformed into the Train of Lights, beautiful sight to see and also a lovely treat for the little ones should you chose to book a pre Christmas treat on the train which runs from Paignton to Kingswear. 
 

Waterside is perfectly situated with the added convenience of a regular bus service right outside the park.

You can enjoy the coastal walk to Goodrington, stopping at a few coves on the way, from Goodrington you can continue on to Paignton harbour and wonderful beaches.

Or you can take the coastal walk to Brixham stopping at Broadsands on the way, another lovely beach with various activities , small bars and restaurants. You will also come across more beautiful coves along the way. There will be plenty of steps so perfect for keeping fit.

Should you wish a less strenuous walk you can walk along the roadside to Goodrington or Broadsands.

Waterside Park has a recently refurbished bar and restaurant, one can enjoy the patio area in the sun to enjoy a relaxing drink. On some evenings in the summer there is entertainment generally some great singing acts.

There is an inside swimming pool of which passes are required, these can be purchased at reception.

A small park for the children. However there is a further play park, boating lake and mini golf at Goodrington for the little ones.

Waterside also has a laundrette and small convenience shop in reception.

To secure all bookings a £50.00p deposit is required, balance of the holiday to be paid 6 weeks prior to your stay.

A 50.00p refundable security bond is required, which is refunded post holiday within a week depending on the caravan being left in the condition it was upon arrival of your holiday. In the occurrence of any damage costing more than £50.00p I retain the right to seek additional compensation.

All bathrooms have bathroom mats, hand towels, hand wash and toilet rolls.

All beds have duvets, two pillows for each single bed and four for the double, duvet, pillows and matresses all have protective covers, however guests will need to bring their own linen please.

Oven gloves, tea towels, washing up liquid, cleaning products, cleaning cloths, bin liners and hand wash are provided.

Tea, coffee both caffeinated and de caff, along with a variety of condiments are provided.

They can both be accessed either by walking on the coastal path or by car.

On the park, you'll find a brand-new indoor swimming pool and jet pool, along with the newly refurbished bar and restaurant which takes influence from the style of a traditional pub. During the summer, you can sit back and enjoy the scenic views of the bay on the raised terrace which is the perfect space for al fresco dining. Some entertainment is provided during the holiday season and various activities for the families to take part in.

Waterside is renowned for its amazing setting, along with the famous Steam Railway that borders the park. With easy access out onto the headland, guests can walk through the tunnel under the Steam Railway to remarkable views of the Torquay coastline and coastal paths great for  walkers and hiking. It’s all here in this ideal Devon location.

The wonderful sights come courtesy of the hillside location. There is parking close to all the caravans.  There are regular bus services outside the park, which will take you to all the surrounding areas.
