The Superior features a double sliding patio door within a full glass front which gives you direct access to your own decking. The living room is wonderfully inviting, with comfortable seating incorporating a fold out occasional bed and co-ordinated scatter cushions. The bedrooms, include plush headboards and co-ordinated curtains. The modern stylish kitchen has high gloss doors with led plinth lights and under unit lighting with many integrated appliances and an American style fridge freezer.

The Superior has a light and spacious bathroom with a shower above the bath plus a second shower room featuring a large shower enclosure; both include mirrored cabinets and dual flush toilets

32" TV with built in DVD player,It has an  intergrated Gas fire.

KITCHEN / DINING AREA

you can cook your meal in the fully fitted and equiped kitchen area complete with gas oven and hob or for quicker meals microwave.

enjoy meals sat at the table with seating for 4 people.

both rooms have mirrors electrical sockets and central heated radiators

In the summer family games on the picnic field adjacent. Cozy and warm in the winter - an ideal place for winter walking holidays with Berry Head Country Park 2 minutes walk away.

Landscove holiday village, has outdoor and indoor heated pools (pass required £6 each per week available from reception). For the 2019 holiday season the outdoor pool is open from 24th May - 15th September. Family bar with Sky TV, a children's play area, arcade and games room, a restaurant, mini mart shop, and night time entertainment. Short drive to the best areas in Devon.  Dartmouth, Dartmoor National Park, Totnes, Paignton, Torquay and Exeter and 10 different beaches are all nearby.

Please note that park facilities are closed from the end of October 2018 until begining of new season in March 2019. The outdoor pool is closed in low season.  The caravan  will still be available for hire during these times.

It's easy to book - email owner on sharontracey1963@hotmail.co.uk with dates you want, or click on week you're interested in on the calendar for a quote. Availability on calendar is up to date, short breaks/choice of changeover days are available out of school hoildays.

If you are happy with quote,  an email will be sent with bank details for you to transfer funds (preferred)  or you can pay by paypal.  

A £100 deposit will reserve holidays booked more than 8 weeks in advance. The full balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday.

• We accept payment by cheque, postal order, bank transfer  - No need to mess around with cheques! secure your booking straight away

• Weekends and short stays available, changeover date flexible if bookings allow

• Optional  - in high season free entertainment is open on site - ID cards are needed at approx £6.00 each person paid directly to site at reception. These cover whole holiday and are for access to entertainment, pool areas, restaurant, kids club, and amusement arcade and on our other park Riveria Bay a short walk

  Bed linen and tea towels are provided. Please bring your own towels.

• Free Wifi  in reception area or for a small cost each week can be used in caravan

  there is a key box on the side of the caravan you will be texted the number please place key back in box when leaving

Secret coves, a picturesque setting and beautiful views with the harbour town of Brixham within walking distance. Enjoy breathtaking scenery from the Country Park & Nature Reserve of Berry Head just next door, you won't have to go far to take in the best of the area.

There are lots of themed attractions in the area. On the park choose between indoor and outdoor swimming pools so you can enjoy a dip even if the sun is hiding!
