Beautiful very well kept 2018 sea view 3 bedroom static caravan sited on the brand new development on sunnyvale in a quiet location within minutes' walk of the unspoilt sandy beach. This stylish caravan is equipped with a modern smart T.V. kitchen is u shaped with built in microwave and full size built in fridge freezer it has a toaster and electric kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer plus cups plates everything you will need to enjoy your stay.

Bedrooms have, pillows and duvets provided. hirer must provide own sheets and duvet covers.

we offer Monday to Friday 4 night stays, check in times will be confirmed on booking.

The caravan has full double glazing and central heating throughout all the bedrooms and living area. 

There are three bedrooms, The bathroom has a power shower, ceramic wash basin and a separate toilet. 

Gas and electric are included within our rental charges.

The galley bar onsite is open at different times and days dependant on time of year.

We have a wrap around decking area for relaxing on with gate for security for small children and animals outside furniture to relax on. Sunnyvale is now a 12 month site so booking all year round WiFi is available for an extra small fee if necessary obtained by a voucher from reception.

We will require £100 non refundable deposit for each week booked and balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you decide to cancel your holiday within the 4 weeks Prior to taking your holiday no refund will be made.any damages must be reported to ourselves or main reception so it can be sorted.All deposits and full payments must be made to ourselves by means of bank transfer.

Sunnyvale is one of the UK’s longest established holiday parks and under the ownership of the Jones family for over 5 decades.

Sunnyvale enjoys an enviable location surrounded on 3 sides by water and considered a mecca in North Wales for water sports, fishing and boat enthusiasts. The beach is long and sandy with direct access from the park. There are two nature reserves to the east and west of our boundary, with a stunning array of flora and fauna. Boat launching and storage nearby at the beautiful fishing harbor, where chartered trips along the coast can be booked.

Within walking distance to the multi million pound developed Rhyl promenade, which boasts attractions such as SC2 a brand new water park with the UKs largest Tag Active, Vue Cinema, Seaquarium with live seal shows conservation programme and sea life exhibits, The Pavillion which hosts a wide range of variety shows and flagship 1862 restaurant. There are countless restaurants on our doorstep including cafes, pubs, take-aways a fairground, a market which means plenty for the family to do off the park.

Within a short drive, there is Snowdonia National Park, a stunning mountainous area with beautiful villages and breathtaking scenery and walks to enjoy. Within the National Park area are located world renowned adventure activities, such as GoApe, Surf Snowdonia and Zip World to name but a few. Something for all ages and abilities.

Sunnyvale, although a small, quiet park, has a children’s adventure playground, all weather sports pitch and The Galley Bar.
