A lovely 3 bedroom caravan that enjoys a convenient location on the site, our caravan is very close to the beach and site shop. The caravan has a large open plan living and dining room which also benefits from a well equipped kitchen. 

To the side of our caravan is a small grass area which has a parking space for one car with enough room left over to sit and soak up the sun.

 Under a 5 minute walk to the beach this site is very popular with young families, dog walkers and people who just enjoy getting out and admiring the lovely panoramic views. There are so many beautiful walks where you can simply unwind and appreciate the stunning scenery.

Tywyn town is around a 10 minute walk from the caravan with all amenities including a Monday market, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinema, the Tal-y-Lyn railway and much more. This part of Wales in Gwynedd really is a beautiful part of Wales that needs to be seen to be appreciated. Cader Idris can be seen from the living room window and is only a 20 minute drive from the site. Aberdyfi is also a beautiful place to visit with its blue flag beaches and is around a 10 minute drive along the coastal road. 

Tywyn beach is stunning in the evening people flock here to watch the spectacular sunsets and to spot the dolphins. 

Within walking distance there is Tywyn train station, commute here from all over the country so if you don't drive you can still holiday here and everything is on your doorstep. Trains also run to Aberystwyth and Barmouth. 

Our caravan offers very comfortable and warm accommodation. There is gas central heating all through the property with piping hot running water.

The property consists of the following:

Double bedroom with double bed, 2 single fitted wardrobes, 2 bedside tables, a 3 drawer dressing table with mirror, carpet flooring and a radiator.

2 twin bedrooms, both rooms consist of 2 twin beds, single fitted wardrobes, overhead cupboards, carpet flooring and radiators.

Shower room has a fully working shower with powerful water flow, wash hand basin, cabinets for storage with mirrors, radiator and laminate flooring.

There is a seperate toilet with hand basin. Flooring is laminate. 

Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a family meal. There is a all in one oven/grill/microwave, sink with drainer, fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster and kettle, pots and pans, cups and glasses, plates and bowls, and dog bowls. Laminate flooring with a small radiator.

Dining area has a large seating area for 4 to 6 people with a large table for dining.

Living room has a comfy seating area for 6 to 8 people, pull out bed, smart tv with freeview, EE mobile WIFI included in price of holiday as the site does not offer WiFi, DVD player with a wide range of dad's in cupboard underneath the tv to watch, radiator and carpet flooring.

Outside there is space for 1 car we do share the parking with the neighbour caravan so please respect this, space to sit and enjoy the sun or sunset, a small bunker at the back of the caravan here you will find a set if garden table and chairs that you can enjoy in the summer months. 

Our caravan is over 20 years old but still beautiful and has been well looked after please respect this during your stay.

Electric, gas and WiFi included in the price of your holiday.

Please bring your own double size & single size bedding & towels. Duvets and pillows are provided but no sheets, duvet covers or pillowslips.

Short breaks when available:

Monday to Friday 4 nights and Friday to Monday 3 nights. 

Arrivals from 3pm and please vacate by 10.30am, change over day is a Saturday.

We accept a maximum of 3 days at one time and we do allow them on the furniture so they can have a cuddle we have provided settee covers to protect the settee. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when on the site and you must clean up after your pets at all times there are cameras around the site monitoring this so please keep this in mind. 

Launderette on site which has washing machines and dryers at an extra cost to you.

We ask for a £50 security deposit which is refundable after your stay providing there are no breakages or damage to the property.

We request a 25% deposit to secure your holiday and the balance will be due 6 weeks before the arrival date.

Cancellations, if unfortunately you have to cancel the deposit paid is non refundable.

We accept bacs or cheque.

Strictly a no smoking or vaping caravan.

Strictly no drugs you will be reported to site and asked to leave.
