TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 1. £50 non refundable deposit to secure your holiday 

 2. £75 refundable bond will be charged but is refunded once caravan is checked and no breakages 

 3. Upto 6 passes are included in the price 

 4. No smoking is permitted in or outside the caravan 

 5. Check in will be 2pm on the arrival day and check out will be 10am on departure day 

 6. The site has the right to terminate your holiday if you cause a nuisance and any monies will not be refunded 

 7. Bedding is not included in the price please ensure you bring your own. 

 8. No single sex parties or groups and you must be over 21 

 9. For the adult weekends. All guests on the booking form must bring photo ID

 10. Anyone breaking the rules i.e smoking or extra people staying in the caravan, will either result in your bond being kept or you will be asked to leave the site

11. Bond is £100 on all adult weekend bookings which is refundable if the caravan is left how you find it on arrival

Situated on the Lincolnshire Coast, 20 miles from Lincoln, it’s within easy reach of the Midlands and northern regions and has free on-site parking. Skegness is home to one of the UK’s finest Blue Flag beaches, with an endless stretch of award-winning golden sand, right on the doorstep. 

When the sun’s shining, make the most of the adrenalin-fuelled outdoor activities. Take your pick from the high ropes, climbing wall, go-karts and freefall. And when the weather’s not playing ball? There’s loads to do inside including laser tag, bowling, arts and crafts and, of course, the huge Splash Waterworld. Renovated in 2018, the pool features nearly 3000 square metres of fun, with high-speed flumes, racing rapids, a pool for tots and a winding vortex slide that sends you spinning into a giant bowl.
